A very pleasant place! There is a large territory, in summer there are many hobbies for children. Football, volleyball, and more.
We were at the end of September. We ordered a heated font. We swam with the whole company and at the same time dipped into the pool.
After 23.00, you need to turn off loud sounds or go to the houses.
The lake is very beautiful nearby. In summer, you can swim there is a cool beach.
It was very comfortable to sleep. EVERYONE!
The cabins are very comfortable.

In general, the complex is very good , good territory , near the lake , there is a gas station nearby with everything you need
The only thing that was missing was the dishes and a large refrigerator! The house is designed for 8 people (there were so many of us) and the refrigerator is not at all roomy , the same issue with plates , knives and so on. There were also a lot of midges in the house, but there was a raptor lying there (we bought cassettes at the gas station and they were not with alo )
And so everything is fine!!

we celebrated a wedding here, everything turned out to be incredibly cool: we didn't have to worry about anything, the food was varied, the place was picturesque and there were enough beds for everyone (26 people). The main hall is very intimate and comfortable, the style of the manor is 100% maintained.
The staff is very friendly, the hosts are wonderful people

The territory is small, the houses are divided into 2 mirrored parts, i.e. for 330 rubles per day you have only half of the house, you are separated from your neighbors only by a closed interior door. You can hear all the footsteps, even the whispers! The house stank terribly of sewage, ventilation did not help. There are a lot of huge mosquitoes and flies. There is a busy highway 400 meters away, a constant stream of cars, a hum both day and night. The pool is not cleaned, the water is cloudy green, not blue and transparent as in the photo. The estate is located in a village under construction, near a small strip of forest, there is nowhere to walk, ride bicycles too. There was no light or water for half a day, no tea to drink, no hands to wash, no toilet to flush. The administration did not solve the issue in any way. The workers did what they could, offered to wash off with 5 liter bottles of pool water. No one apologized, nothing was offered, but 14 rubles for an hour of cycling were regularly demanded. In addition, the drunk administrator demanded 110 rubles compensation for the fact that upon arrival we were informed that we would not stay for 3 days due to weather conditions. Only the food is good, thanks to the chef Sveta, only for this one star.

An amazing place! We had a rest for 10 people , a gorgeous territory, cool houses, a convenient location, very friendly and lovely staff! The river is nearby, the gas station is nearby, where even local beer is sold)))))) and Svetina's cheesecakes, draniki and in general all the food is just a bomb 🤩 they got there by accident, urgently looking for a replacement for the failed trip to the sanatorium. A great place for a relaxing holiday with family and children!
The atmosphere in the manor is incredible - the feeling that you are not in Belarus. Everything is very beautiful, cozy, designed in the same style, the prices for such a holiday are quite adequate. The reality has exceeded all expectations. A gorgeous playground that probably has everything, there is even a trampoline. Nearby, in a couple of minutes walk, there is an exit to the beach at the Vileisk reservoir.
For a youth gathering, probably not very much - for these purposes you need to look for something more secluded.
In general, we are happy, the child is happy, we had a great rest. Even though it just rained one day, you can also play board games in the house, which you can take absolutely for free, watch movies from the TV, and have Internet access. By the way, there were no puddles on the estate after the rain - the drainage of the site was apparently well done, conscientiously.
We rented an apartment. There is everything you need - a refrigerator, an electric stove, a microwave, an electric kettle. The only thing that was sometimes missing for five adults was a second bathroom, but that's if you really find fault.
In general, I advise everyone who is tired of the city and wants to get aesthetic and moral pleasure from the architecture unusual for our country and dreams of relaxing comfortably in a quiet place.
The manor is actually more beautiful than in the photos of this manor!

We visited this estate in early August, with a company of 4 people. We rented a house for 6x. We have been looking for a long time for a place to have a pond nearby, a decent house, as we were looking for housing for 5 days and wanted to visit Minsk again. We booked a lot in advance (a month or more in advance). We read the reviews in advance, saw some not very positive ones, were upset, but when we arrived our fears were not confirmed)
Beautiful, well-groomed territory as from the picture. Convenient access by car, there are Parking spaces next to the estate (paved area, several entrances to each of the houses). We rented a house with a terrace and a balcony. They noted the cleanliness and good condition of the furniture, bathroom and beds. Two spacious rooms with double beds, plus a single bed in each room. On the ground floor there is a large living room with a kitchen and a sofa, there is everything to cook breakfast, roast a barbecue, sit with a company, watch TV and listen to music)
The bathroom is clean, it seemed to me that there were problems with the water pressure.
A terrace with a barbecue and a large table and benches. This year there was a swimming pool, which I consider a huge plus - paid, per person, but it's worth it. we didn't get out of it because the heat was above 30. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the reservoir, a good sandy beach approach, but shallow.
Among the disadvantages, they noted the lack of opportunity to eat on the territory. It was necessary to arrange in advance. We knew about this, so we bought some food, meat and alcohol in advance. In walking distance there is a cafe Ukrainian courtyard, super. It wasn't very budget-friendly and didn't always work, but it was very tasty.
It would not be bad to put air conditioners and organize at least light snacks (ice cream, snack), beer, water, etc. on the territory. I think they would be in demand.

We had a rest with several families, we really liked everything!
First of all, a comfortable and clean area with an excellent playground for children. Despite the fact that several houses are being rented, there was no feeling of overpopulation. And this is even despite the fact that I counted 13 children in the next house)) playgrounds for volleyball, football, trampolines.. there is something to do for yourself and the children. To be honest, practically nothing was used from the list of available services, and this is only from the free list (for example, board games, inventory, and quite a lot more). Offers for leisure on-site carriage for every taste!
The houses are great! Clean, modern, comfortable, with everything you need from dishes to firewood, TV, BT speaker in the house, home appliances - everything is super.
It was very clean, we saw the shifts with our own eyes, for each of which everything was very vigorously cleaned and cleaned.
Comfortable rooms with a double bed and an extra single bed are a great solution for a family. A spacious hall with an additional seat.
The house itself consists of two mirrored parts, which can be combined for a joint campaign by opening a common double door, connecting the spaces. It turned out to be very convenient! In particular, if the whole house is rented by people for different times, half are locked and the company of centenarians remains. The shared space did not cause any problems.
Vileika is a short distance away, in principle it is quite pleasant to walk a little through the forest. For the very lazy, there is a pool with a purely symbolic price)
They took their own food, but for the same money they could safely eat on the spot - I won't say anything here.
The staff was invisible, but always attentive and in touch. Everyone is friendly, no suspicion of marginality. Lady Yana, who accompanied me on the weekend, is very sweet.
I will not even mention the full list of recreation opportunities on the spot, we have not reached the shooting range, karaoke, skating. As I wrote earlier, a wagon and a small cart of leisure facilities.
There is Wi-Fi in the house, it is not weak and the load is felt, the mobile phone catches uncertainly.. and it's good that it is))
I liked the rest in the complex, I sincerely wanted to praise the guys. We will be happy to return!

A great place for families with children, good food, near a pond, a large Playground. One disadvantage is the trampoline, some springs have fallen off, the net is hanging, it either needs to be repaired or changed. It is already dangerous for children to jump there.

Let's just say that a lot of what the owners indicate on the site is not true. There is no beach there, only a natural entrance to the water, the water is dirty, we did not swim. There is no service, there is no service. No cleaning, no food. That is, the food is offered as follows: preheated semi-finished products at a restaurant price. You are offered a house without maintenance for 300 Belarusian rubles per day. There are no shops nearby to buy normal food, we went to Molodechno. In general, we booked for 8 days, lived for 4 and left. I love Belarus very much, but we were very disappointed here. I don't recommend this place to anyone, a ruined vacation, wasted money.

We were with friends in the summer and rented the whole house. As a result, everyone is happy: the territory is beautiful, well-groomed, the cottages are new and comfortable, there are a lot of beds, there are a lot of activities for children and ADULTS, they give a lot of food and it's delicious (someone always couldn't finish their portion), a large gas station is a 3-5-minute walk away, and the water is 2-3 minutes away
