There is no feedback from the client. I called with a question, they said the specialist was busy and would call back now. I didn't call back. After some time, a question arose again, called, asked, said it was necessary to clarify the answer - as a result, they disappeared, I had to call again to remind, the answer was given the next day. The service may be good, but the staff clearly does not want to work.
