In February, the beach is perfect, the ocean is clear, but the waves are big. The hotel has everything so that children and parents can find something to do. The food is excellent, dinners are always like alakart, on request, but waiting for your dish is also 20 minutes, respectively. There were problems in the room, then the water from the shower area flooded the lower floors, then the bathroom door broke and it was not possible to close the door. Then the safe did not work, and the air conditioner does not listen, it has two modes, either very cold or nothing.

The beach is cleaned the best among the nearest ones. All the same, of course, algae are present, including in the water. The water is clean enough, although not perfect. The rooms are beautiful, but the temperature control is lame. If you turn on the air conditioner, it's very cold, even though you turn it up to a higher temperature. I was hot without him. The staff is generally weird. There are responsive cleaners, some clean very well, and some are mediocre. Many people do not understand English. They prioritize Spanish-speaking people. The food is not bad. But there is not much need to wait for frills. The territory of the hotel is very beautiful, quite large, for pleasant walks. peacocks, flamingos, turtles and other animals and birds freely walk around the territory. I do not recommend going outside the territory, but it is at your discretion. With all the pros and cons, it's still a score of 5, it turned out to be a pretty fabulous trip.

A wonderful hotel.A huge territory, we haven't passed everything in a week.There is a casino, a club, several restaurants, pleasant staff, but only waiters and managers can speak English - only Spanish with the maids.Lots of entertainment.Room cleaning for 5-but sometimes they forgot to put the patches, you supplies, but if you ask, they bring everything with a smile and apologies.There are not many people, mostly America, Larina.There are few Russians.How many pools couldn't be counted)))The first line, the ocean is visible from the windows.Let's come back again
