The only advantage is the location close to the center. There are rooms without windows. We had a gas boiler installed in our room that turned on every hour and prevented us from sleeping, and a huge water heater in the bathroom. They combined the room and the technical room.

There are many disadvantages for a suite - uncomfortable mattress - the light did not turn off (one bulb was constantly shining) - there are no windows - the smell (probably of dampness)

I won't even advise the enemy. Everything is disgusting, Everything is broken, there is no breakfast as such. The rooms are mostly all windowless.
