The extremely low level of the hotel. The food is below average. The staff is not friendly, reacts painfully to problems that arise, with elements of negativity and neglect.the beach is a 3-minute walk across the street, but wants to be cleaner. In no case should you use water from coolers in the hotel, it has nothing to do with bottled water, the staff secretly pours technical water with a hose from the tap near the reception
We have just arrived from Alanya. Since the sea was the number one for us, we fully got what we wanted: the sea is luxurious, clean, 4-5 minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel does not have its own beach, so go to the one that is right across the street. Sun beds are all paid. Somewhere there is a shower and even a changing room, somewhere there is only a faucet to wash your feet. The beach is sand, but the entrance to the sea is two meters of pebbles, then sand again. For those who find it painful to walk on pebbles, buy slippers for entering the water right away - they are sold in all shops. The cheapest option is at the Migros supermarket, which is located next to the hotel.
You are not given beach towels, but nowhere in the description of the hotel was this promised. If you expect to get the service and quality of a five-star hotel for the money you paid (and 9 nights cost us 31 thousand each), then you are not here. The hotel is rated at 3 stars, no more. The room in the second building (across the street from the main one) was absolutely acceptable - clean, with a balcony, with working air conditioning. Disadvantages: during the day, the water in the shower was slightly warm, but in this heat it was insignificant for us. In the evening, it was already heated to hot. The TV was working, but there were 5 Turkish channels, so we can assume that it did not work. :)) It seems to me that in a hotel populated by 90% Russian-speaking tourists, it was possible to take care of at least one Russian channel. But living without a TV for a week is not a problem.
As for cleaning and changing of bed linen and towels. There is a "make up the room" button near the door, which means "clean the room". We clicked. The result was two new bars of soap and two rolls of toilet paper. Everything else remains as it was. The rooms are not cleaned there unless you ask at the reception. There is a tall young guy there who speaks Russian perfectly. Communicate with him. Everything we asked for about cleaning, extra towels or bedspreads was done.
The Internet. Only in the lobby of both buildings. The quality of the Internet is poor, the speed is low. You can buy a paid one for $ 2 per day, then you will have the pleasure of using it in the room, on the terrace of the bar and in the dining room. The speed is slightly better, but it also often stops for a short time. The day starts exactly from the moment you paid.
Meal. Edible, you won't stay hungry. As for variety and taste, this is not for you. For lunch and dinner, there is always something chicken and meat on the distribution (maybe soy meatballs, I can't say for sure) and a couple of side dishes. There are many different salads, but we took only tomatoes, cucumbers and greens. Olivier with mayonnaise at 35 degrees does not roll in the same way as others seasoned with mayonnaise. :)) Fruits: melon, watermelon, oranges, apples. For dessert, there were small Turkish sweets that flew away at the moment, although they were inedible, imho. For breakfast every day there were hard-boiled eggs, 4-5 varieties of soft and hard cheeses and 1-2 varieties of boiled Turkish sausage, cereals and salads.
In the second half of our stay, a lot of people arrived, and if you do not come in the first rows, you may encounter the fact that some food will run out and there will not be enough forks (for some reason, it was the forks that flew like desserts). But once again, you will not stay hungry. Well, or you will lose weight, which is also useful. If you come in the front rows at the beginning of the meal, you will have to stand in a long queue for distribution. If this does not bother you, then the flag is in your hands.
Breakfast from 8 to 10, lunch from 12.30 to 14.00, dinner from 19.00 to 20.30. There is also an "afternoon snack" from 16.00 to 17.00 in the lobby in the main building, consisting of two types of small "cakes". If you miss it, you won't lose anything.
Bar. Coffee from the vending machine - espresso, latte, with milk. It's not natural coffee, it's instant, but you can drink it. "Juices" are also from the vending machine, but these are not juices, but drinks from concentrate. Who remembers the "Invite" in the 90s, then this is the one, judging by the taste. The bartender pours beer, red and white wine, cola and mineral water (all the cheapest, of course). You can get drunk on all this, but in my opinion, it's not worth it. If you really want alcohol, it's better to buy it at the supermarket and have fun. If you don't care, drink what they pour you at the bar.
Alanya is a city. The hotel is located right next to the main street that stretches along the sea. It is full of shops, entertainment, restaurants. The prices are not much cheaper than ours.
Once again: since the main thing for us was the proximity of the hotel to the sea, everything else was secondary. For those who need varied and delicious food, beach towels, cleaning with a change of linen every day, fast free Internet and high-quality drinks at the bar - you definitely do not need to go to this hotel.
Have a good rest and a warm sea to all!!!
We went to this hotel very calmly, because we travel a lot and often, stayed in hostels and in cool 5, so we thought that it would be very difficult to surprise us with something. It was essential that the hotel had its own pool with sun beds, because they flew only for the sake of the sea. So the hotel does NOT have its own declared beach. You can lie on the sand on a public beach or take sun beds on a paid one, prices from 20 lira and above per sunbed, depending on the beach. It takes 5-7 minutes to walk to the sea. The entrance to the sea is very rocky (the first couple of meters), then the sand begins. The sea is very warm and clean. There is beauty and mountains all around. As for the hotel, it's just darkness and horror, despite the fact that the hotel has everything to be good. The main problem is the staff, who just do nothing all day and the dirt. We've never seen such filth in our lives. The food is basically normal, you will not stay hungry. The Council:very careful with salads, because they were very often sour. When we were there, several people were taken to the hospital with severe poisoning. By the way, a beautiful phantom with a park, which is presented on the site as a hotel. In fact, the city park is for walking dogs and cats, the smell is appropriate, especially in the heat. I definitely would not recommend this hotel even to the enemy))) If you want to relax on a budget, then it's better to look at even more budget options.
