In general, it's time to leave your 2 points. I explain why - in the last purchase of a bicycle adapter (I confess, I only checked the presence of glue / patches / instructions / a pair of nipple rubbers / grater) after a month of need, it turned out that the glue was open and almost used, and the cap cracked when trying to close tightly.. It's good that there's just a little bit left to glue two punched cameras, and I didn't find it somewhere later. Fuck it, I'll buy the glue separately. About a year ago, there were knocks on my rear axle. I stopped by three times, and only from the third at least one did not hint at replacing the drum and re-knitting, and even then the assistant "there are no shimanovskys in the store, I'll add my own" moved the axle during assembly, so that at home I had to move the brake caliper. In general, the store's assortment is much better than the notorious "your bike", but... There is a sediment, and if there is a choice, I will not give it to them for repairs.
So-so service, they don't know much, expensive spare parts, often paid consultation.
A lot of spare parts are not available.
You can choose a better service.

As a result, half an hour was wasted, the work was not done, I had to drive in the rain through puddles without shields..

Sellers are polite, but initially they are determined that the buyer knows what he needs, up to modifications, etc. In general, they can tell you if there is such an unobtrusive reference to the repair shop.

I didn't understand what the service is a little bit. I stopped by with a request to replace the brake pads. The store employee said: "Let them take off the wheel for you, get an old shoe, bring it to us, we'll look at it and then we'll sell you a suitable one."
