A delightful place, I will definitely come back here) the atmosphere is magical, all the amenities on the ship (shower, toilet, kitchen are well equipped). A couple of minutes to walk to the river, 5 minutes to the cliffs with a beautiful sunrise, another 5 minutes to the spring with delicious water and then you can go to the lake, it is usually deserted, but the beach is not organized there. The feeling of coming to the country) The place is quiet, you can swim in the Dnieper near the shore (strong current), go fishing.
Accommodation in cabins with beds, a chair-table, a pair of hooks-hangers. Shared kitchen, shower, bathroom. Everything is neat if people don't piggyback)
Nearby is the territory of the sanatorium with an excellent Playground, a small shop and a disco in the evenings. You can walk to the holy water spring.
The owner is rude, but if you close your eyes to it, then the place is great!) Especially if you go towards Gomel from Minsk (or vice versa) and include it in the program.

The place is beautiful (from the outside), the nature is gorgeous, there is a small beach nearby, where we swam beautifully.
but! The whole impression was spoiled by the owner of the establishment, if not for his unfriendly attitude, then you can close your eyes to all the inconveniences (which, by the way, we were ready for).
We were settled by a nice girl who explained everything, prompted, and told us. Then there was no one from the staff for a long time, and the owner appeared, which we only guessed, because he did not greet, did not introduce himself, but immediately began with complaints. He probably didn't like our noisy children very much, but children are like that))
In the evening and morning, we kept getting comments from him, then we took a mug, then the children were running, and still everyone was sleeping (at 10 a.m.), well, that kind of thing…
To summarize: we will not go here anymore and we will not advise our friends.

The idea is amazing, but unfortunately it did not work out well. It seemed that the owners bought this vessel and immediately began to launder money. Only the women's bathroom and shower were put in order. Everything else is fear.
The cleanliness of the premises is 1/5. They pump water for a hike from the Dnieper, it stinks terribly. The kitchen, shower and bathroom are shared. There are no complaints only about bathrooms)) There are three refrigerators in the kitchen, leave your food with the understanding that other guests may mistake it for a common one and eat it in your absence. The shower is a separate conversation. After 22:00 (we just didn't get there before), the water in the women's shower is exceptionally cold! And the shower itself is a delight. Two watering cans next to each other even without a curtain (thanks, the entrance door closes) - so to speak, shared a shower with a friend)) I had to go to the men's room, there is hot water there.
For leisure, take a book with you or explore the territory of the sanatorium. There is nothing to do on the landing stage itself.
We recommend frying kebabs on the riverbank with your own equipment. Because the owners charge money even for firewood, which you will chop yourself)))
In short, they would not have returned. You need to invest money in the place and do repairs

The place is very atmospheric! We were lucky with the weather and we watched the starfall! The place is located on the territory of the sanatorium, where there is a shop, a cafe. There is a kitchen/shower/toilet on the landing stage itself. The cabins are small, it feels like I was at my grandmother's in the village) it is possible to rent gazebos, barbecues, and buy coals on site. The owners are very nice!

Thanks to Instagram, we learned about this place last year. There was a free weekend, which I really wanted to start on Friday. On Friday, after work with two children, we went to the Landing stage. At around 21 o'clock we were at the place, the owner Sergey met us and was upset that we arrived late, "we won't have time to see everything." I said that each person has their own circumstances, we couldn't leave before. Day (from 2 p.m. today to 12 p.m. the next day) for an adult, the landing stage costs 40 rubles, for a child it costs 20 rubles. In the same Rogachev or Bobruisk, you can rent a very good apartment for a day for 70-90 rubles. Studio in Mayakeminsk 120 rubles a day. But we were going for something unusual. First of all, we came to the kitchen, decided to have a snack, feed the children. When I started washing the dishes, I realized that the dishwashing detergent was terribly diluted with water. There are some very ugly dishes in the drawer, some quite chipped. In the shelf where oil, salt, and tea usually stand, an audit has not been carried out for a long time and jars of ketchup, mayonnaise, and medicines in which people brought camping salt and sugar with them. Why not just put it in order? Just pour all the salt into one container, all the sugar into another container. I had everything of my own, I didn't use it, but it felt like a mess. The water smells very unpleasant. In this regard, I would like to see probably a cooler in the kitchen or to be warned that there is absolutely no drinking water available. Well, or just pour boiled water into a carafe. After all, the owners are there all the time during the season .
In the kitchen, in the cabin, in the corridor, there is a smell of dampness or old age everywhere, like in my grandmother's country house. I was disgusted the whole time I was there. There was terrible gray toilet paper in the toilet, diluted soap in the dispenser, And tomorrow there was no toilet paper or liquid soap diluted with water. They put a piece of household soap. I did not think that for 120 rubles per night (for a family of 4 people) I'll have to think about having toilet paper. Also a disadvantage is the lack of a towel. In any hostel, in any apartment for a day, I'm not talking about hotels, they always give you two large and small towels. And here I would like to see at least one hand towel. I repeat, I had everything with me. But at least a small towel would brighten up the situation. The cabin is essentially a train compartment, slightly larger in size. Two beds, two chairs, a mirror. The mattresses are hard and uneven. There were two ceiling lights, it was a little dark, because only one of the two worked for us.
In the evening, there is zero entertainment, just walk around the sanatorium, visit the disco from 7:00 to 22:30, there is a cafe there at this time, And a bar at the checkpoint works on the territory of the sanatorium until 2:00 at night. We were not interested in this and we returned to the cabins. I would like to see maybe a game console, or a TV on the 2nd floor, where the stairs are. I don't know what to call this open, empty room. Or tables, for the same tabletop evening games.
The mobile Internet is great, I don't know if there is Wi-Fi. We were not offered, there was no sign with a password at the reception, as in the hotel))
In the morning, there was no queue for the shower, but I was struck by the fact that there was a common door with a latch, and inside there were two shower heads that were not separated even by an elementary cellophane curtain. That is, two unknown women can wash by rubbing side by side!)) After all, a person can be shy, because it can be unpleasant to look at another person!
Breakfast after the shower. We were planning scrambled eggs with bacon. The eggs are beaten into a mug, the bacon is in a frying pan, but then I realize that the pan is barely warming at maximum heat. I call the phone, I say: Sergey, the gas in the cylinder is running out anyway, apparently we need to cook breakfast. 11:00 a.m., we're checking out in an hour. Sergei came, twisted the balloon, tried to turn something on, Nothing worked out for him and he just calmly said: "You're out of gas." And he leaves. I'm not sorry, I'm not sorry that it happened. Nothing. I figured out how to cook eggs in the microwave, it didn't work out with bacon, they brought it home raw)
I can't imagine what to do there for more than two days. You can come to the Dnipro River beach, which is more comfortable, separately. I understand that it was expensive to restore the ship even for such a condition, but it is elementary to save on toilet paper, soap...
the Dnieper River, boats are moored. But no one rides, no entertainment and amenities. I think boating would be in demand both among residents of the landing stage and among sanatorium people, there were a lot of Russians and Georgians. And if you also come up with fishing on a boat ...

In fact, reading the information on Instagram, you expect to see something interesting, well-groomed (restored), meet an interesting administrator who will simply bribe you with a story about this "floating" vessel... But in fact, this is not the case. We were greeted by an old abandoned ship, supposedly converted into a hotel. Old and abandoned - this is literally the most accurate assessment of this place. Everything is in terrible condition, as if this building was forgotten for 50 years, and then they painted blue and yellow paint on top of all the rust and rot. They didn't let us into the rooms, supposedly we want to get in - buy accommodation and you will get in, but this is a separate story about the "administrator". Walking along the corridor of the first and second floors, many windows to the rooms are open for ventilation, so we could easily look inside and saw, unfortunately, dirty rooms that stink of swamp, old age and a little sewage (the latter, I think, due to the fact that the ship is in stagnant water and the shore is not completely well maintained).

A man came out to meet us and asked what we wanted? I replied that I had read about this place on Instagram and would like to see it. What did the man say, but why look at it? - all information is on Instagram. I asked him if he was the owner of this place or not, since it was not clear to me why such maximum secrecy - he replied that the owner would not talk to us at all (this is not an understandable phrase at all))), but he, allegedly the administrator of this place. We got only one answer to all other questions about the hotel - read on Instagram - everything is there.

I've wanted to visit this place for a long time, largely due to the attractive coverage on Instagram and the "Soviet" appearance of the landing stage. And the very idea of spending the night on a ship, at least on such a one, during a trip to Belarus, looked entertaining. Total:
Positive:
- The landing stage itself, its appearance and the nature around
- A friendly girl who met us and led us around the landing stage, explaining what and where
- Cute kittens on the territory
The proximity to the sanatorium is both a plus and a minus. On the one hand, you can use the infrastructure of the sanatorium, on the other - noisy comrades come from the territory of the sanatorium and interfere with sleep. And entertainment on the territory of the sanatorium stops working at 23.00
Minuses:
- I am by no means a fan of five-star hotels, but the conditions here leave much to be desired: there are no towels (in any case, they did not give us), there is water with a dubious smell in the showers and there are no partitions, sometimes it is not very comfortable in the shared kitchen, there was no such luxury item as liquid soap in the toilet during our visit
- There are few tables organized for meals. In the presence of a considerable number of vacationers, competition inevitably arises for these tables
- There is one outlet in the room
- In summer, despite the open windows, the room is hot
- Another important point for me: personally, I came here largely for the sake of the Soviet atmosphere of the place. The owner immediately killed her, constantly calling the USSR a "scoop". After the first such statement, there really was a desire to turn around and leave, but it's a pity that the plans and the distance have already been done. Also, the owner regularly called us "you" without our consent (the youngest in the company is 25 years old) and expressed dissatisfaction with our late arrival - 20.00 (although it was agreed in advance that we would arrive exactly to spend the night)
Thus, this place has undoubted advantages, however, the price of 80 rubles per room (40 rubles per person) with, as some rightly noted in the reviews, conditions worse than in some hostels is clearly too much. Personally, I have no desire to visit this place again in its current state. For those who are used to normal hotels, the premises of this place are strictly contraindicated

I will immediately indicate: I am not some kind of lover of luxury holidays and rest in a tent is not alien to me either. But. Why pay for such a vacation?
1) there are only 3 gazebos on the territory. There are not enough of them. The barbecue costs 10p, the firewood that you chop yourself costs 5p.
2) cabins: terribly small, without mosquito nets, you can hear all the neighbors. There are 2 beds (if the room is for two) with terrible mattresses (my back waved a pen in the morning), two chairs and... that's it! I understand that these are the features of the ship, but you and I are not sailing, you know.
3) shower and toilet are shared on the floor. There is only one kitchen on the 1st floor, as well as a refrigerator.
4) there is essentially no territory, the territory of the sanatorium saves (but don't expect much here either, just a well-groomed park with benches and light decorations)
5) there are no questions for the staff, they are friendly. But alas, this does not save.
If you are 14 years old and you want to replace a summer camp with something - OK. It may also be suitable for fishermen. For others who rested at least somewhere for comparison (I'm not talking about abroad, it's enough: Braslav Lakes, Belovezhskaya Pushcha, etc. (by the way, a 2-room room in the Forest with breakfast in autumn will cost 120 rubles, a landing stage just for an overnight stay is 80 rubles)) - I DO NOT RECOMMEND it!

There were a lot of questions, I decided to collect them in a whole post.
- Which cabins?
-The cabins are small and very cozy. There are beds, a table, chairs and a wardrobe. Everything that vacationers need.
- How to cook food?
- There is a shared kitchen with all the necessary equipment: dishes, stove, microwave, many refrigerators. Large tables will accommodate everyone.
In short, it's like home. There are also barbecues on the street that can be rented. You can take your own and put it on the shore.
- What kind of entertainment?
- My husband and I were alone, walking through the forest, and in the evening, sitting on the deck, we drank champagne, admiring the sunset on the Dnieper.
If you are traveling with a company, you can play table tennis on the ship itself. I don't think I've seen any more entertainment.

I really wanted to go there, I love such authentic places. According to the plan, the day is 9.07 in Gomel, overnight at the base, rested in the morning on the way. And everything seems to be going well. I contacted the insta 2 days in advance about the booking. On the 8th, a girl calls me back, we had a nice chat, they say everything is in force, I will come. Just one question, I'll be late at 9/10/11 pm. "Is that a problem?" - I asked. "No, they will be waiting for you at the entrance," they kindly replied from the other side. Well, super, we are getting culturally enriched in Gomel on the 9th, a call arrives at 17.30 already from a man: "Matvey, this is from the landing stage, will you be with us today?". "Yes, I will, nothing has changed, only I will be late by 10/11" - I repeat. "Oh, are you just staying the night? Well, as soon as you turn off the highway to us, call this number" - discontent was already felt. In the evening we leave Gomel. The time is 21.20, 60 km to the base remains. There is a call from the same man: "Matvey, will you be with us today?" "Yes, I'm going, I'll be there in about an hour (I take it with a reserve, the road goes through solid villages). What follows is just a cannon punch: "No, it's not serious that we're going to drive cars around the sanatorium at night (I got really high from this word). You guys are looking for a hotel or an overnight stay, I do not know." Here I just throw down the phone, because the impression is spoiled, the previous "yes, everything will be fine, come" go on foot erotic, I don't have a habit of proving anything to anyone (if I didn't pay money for it). Iiiiiii, I don't know what to do next. There was no suitable housing in Mogilev. I had to fly 300km at night looking to Vitebsk to my relatives, along the way almost putting a moose and a roe deer on the hood. But these are purely my problems. I understand perfectly well that my conditional 60p will not make the weather for this business, that no one owes me anything. Will I come from Minsk to visit you specifically? I must say right away that we had a great time, but as for the database itself, there are more questions than answers.
The staff looked tired and not particularly friendly. I don't want to write off this attitude at the end of the season, because work is work.
We rested there for only a day in the middle of August - and it was quite enough. People who are not related to fishing have nothing much to do there.

As for the beach, which is intended for the rest of the guests, it is very small and, in our case, it was occupied by a company with a tent, boat, barbecue, etc. Although there was no special desire to swim at this time, but the fact that you feel superfluous on this holiday of life, positive emotions are not adds.
Since the "ship" is located on the territory of the sanatorium, the guests of the landing stage can use its infrastructure (mini-market, shop, bar, disco), which is undoubtedly a plus. We didn't visit the bar or the disco - I can't say anything.
They paid 30 rubles/person for a place in the room. The room was a double room, i.e. it costs 60 rubles per room. What do we have for this money: the most uncomfortable two single beds, two chairs and, attention, ONE outlet. There is no sign of a pedestal. There is absolutely nowhere to put things. I specifically asked about the availability of a towel. They promised to give out a small one (for the face), but even that was not available. At least that was the case in our room. The cabin itself is dark, uncomfortable, and in itself, if the weather does not work out, it is simply unpleasant to be in it. There are only 2 tables on the deck for rest and meals for 35 people. This is a huge problem, especially in the morning, because the check-out is at 11 a.m., and you want to have breakfast in time...it is necessary to show unprecedented speed and take the coveted table first.
From the pleasant: toilet and kitchen with good repair, from the less pleasant - shower. It is designed for two people, but there are no partitions, blinds, so to speak, "do not be shy," as V. Dorn sang😁

A colorful and interesting place to relax for 2-3 days.
If you are a fisherman, then this is the best place to relax: within walking distance of the Dnieper river, the landing stage itself on the water. You can hang out, even for a month.
If you are looking for a place to spend the weekend, it is also a good option.
The landing stage has two floors, the cabins are small, with a Soviet flavor. We had one outlet per cabin in the double cabin.
The kitchen and bathrooms are shared, quite modern and clean.
The shower is shared and scary. The stairs and the ladder are quite steep.
Near the territory of the sanatorium, where there is a Playground. In the principle of treatment, the sanatorium can be visited without problems.
The price is adequate. It is better to book at least a week in advance: it is in demand.

The rooms are simple but cozy. We were there in cool weather (+10 - +13 ), it was not cold at night, although there was no heating. There is no dampness on the ship. The galley has everything you need to cook breakfast and lunch. There are barbecues. I recommend it for an inexpensive but comfortable stay away from the hustle and bustle of big cities. The brain is being completely rebooted.

Well, first of all, I saw him in the second half of March, when he was standing in the ice and it gave him a feeling of cold, aloofness and a lack of warmth, vivacity and comfort. Secondly, the whole surrounding nature was still gray, inanimate and cold. Well, probably the third (not unimportant) - the entire surrounding infrastructure (i.e. gazebos, benches, paths, some squalid sheds, etc. gave this place a feeling of complete abandonment and, in my opinion, no one needed it. But this is my opinion and that of my wife. I am sure that you can make a great candy out of this wonderful place from nature itself, just you need to put your soul in a little bit.

I want to share my impressions!We have not seen such an attitude yet.We arrived from Minsk, drove 250 km in anticipation of a wonderful vacation with friends we haven't seen in a year.So, everything in order, we were greeted somehow dryly (even rudely), well, nonsense, the end of the season probably tired workers.We were a little upset that there are no fishing rods declared on Instagram for rolling, they say the end of the season and the rods are "dead" (as well as the mood of the workers), why not remove this item from the services then?The next surprise was that there were no towels in the rooms, although they were on Instagram photos.Well, okay, we asked for towels, we gave tiny ones.The big disadvantage is the limited number of tables on the ship.We were lucky, by a miracle we occupied the table, but other vacationers went upset.There is not much place to fry a barbecue , it seems like there is a place for a barbecue , but you won 't sit there much .You can rent a gazebo for an additional fee, but somehow we were not impressed.
Well, the main cherry on the cake is departure.We went for a walk around the territory at 10 o'clock, when we went down, we met Lydia (I hope I didn't mix up the name)She told us that the main thing is to vacate the room before 12.00 so that she can clean it, and you can still stay on the territory and leave the car in the parking lot. How surprised we were when, around 11.45, the owner Sergey rudely said that at 12.00 our car should not be in the parking lot. I have not seen such a service yet.If we had been told right away that the car should leave at 12.00 for the barrier, there would have been no questions.In general, the owner spoiled our mood and also scared the children with his screams!I do not recommend this place.
The only advantage of this place is the wonderful nature.Well, the idea itself is interesting, but the organization is just at zero. They don't know about such a word as customer orientation here.

There is nothing to do for children there except a tiny beach 5 meters long and 2 wide, two steps in the water and already deep for a child, and the current is very demolishing. It is good to have a sanatorium nearby and there are playgrounds for children and adults only there is a shop and a cafe. The owner is trying to repair the ship itself. This "karablik" is like a hostel, on the ground floor there are showers (men's, women's) and toilets on the second floor. The kitchen is on the ground floor. As we understood, the accommodation of guests is only on the second floor. The cost of accommodation is overstated. For the barbecue and everything attached to it, you need to pay extra separately. We're going to eat there again.
