The 2nd building is new, the rooms were excellent for their cost in 2018-2019.
The hotel has a swimming pool, its own cafe (about the cafe-a separate story).
In general, I am satisfied, The distance to the sea is 150 meters. Shops and bus stops are within walking distance of the hotel.
It takes 10 minutes to walk to the center.
We went with the travel agency twice, in both cases everything was fine.
EXCEPT FOR THE CAFE.
The quality of food in the cafe directly depends on the mood of the cafe staff. The portion size is the same. The waiters are great, but the kitchen is rated 2. Sometimes it's fine, sometimes it's not at all.
A cafe is not a reason not to go to the Cote d'Azur, just eat in other places.

I had a vacation with the children in the summer of 2019. Everything is wonderful! Friendly staff, clean, wonderful rooms, a swimming pool in the courtyard, there is a private cafe where the food is delicious and not expensive. 5 minutes walk to the beach. The rooms have a TV, refrigerator, bathroom with shower, Internet throughout the recreation center. Wonderful vacation!

We rested through a travel agency. I liked everything very much. There were delicious dishes in the cafe, they ate exclusively there. I advise you to eat there. Everything was fine with the price. The berries are fresh and delicious. There is a large selection of dishes on the menu. There is a swimming pool on site. This was a big plus, because we were a little unlucky with the weather, then the pool was a joy. The territory of the hotel is large, everything is well maintained and clean. The rooms were cleaned 3 times in our 10 days, the bed linen was changed once. The rooms have a refrigerator, TV, air conditioning, table, chairs, dishes. Everything you needed for a great vacation
