The superior also lived in the suite. Both rooms are great. Of course, a two-room suite is a great solution for a family holiday with children! The only thing that was not very convenient for us was that there was no balcony from the bedroom, and the balcony in the suite was only from the second room. But my son didn't care that we went back and forth. So we spent the evening on the balcony overlooking the sea and the moon, then went to bed.
The beach is as close to the hotel as possible - the beach came out immediately. The food is excellent, delicious as at home. Breakfast and lunch are very varied and nutritious. It helps the body to survive acclimatization without consequences. Special thanks to Vera Ivanovna for the reverent attitude and attention to the guests! The whole vacation felt like we were visiting close relatives. Caring without obsession is a talent!
I was a little upset with the Internet. Wi-fi with insufficient signal / speed was often used, the purchased electronic SIM with unlimited Internet also worked poorly - the proximity to the border with Russia affects. My son periodically finished off LTE from SOCHI while we were sitting on local SIM cards without a network)))
There is a grocery store next to the hotel, and a vegetable market with pleasant prices is a 7-minute drive away.
We liked that it was very close to the border and the road to the hotel did not take much time. We were even able to order dinner and ate as soon as we arrived.
In the room: air conditioning, dishes, kettle, refrigerator, TV, bathrobes, shower towels and beach towels. On the beach, you can use these towels to occupy sun beds and umbrellas, it is very convenient. There are few people on the beach. There is the usual marine animation: cheesecake, jet ski, banana / dragon, boat trips for 2 or 8 hours.

We had a rest in this wonderful place in September. The place is gorgeous. The atmosphere is very pleasant at home. All wishes are taken into account. Delicious and hearty breakfasts and lunches. The hotel is located right on the beach with its own sun beds, umbrellas and towels for sun beds. WI-FI catches perfectly, sometimes right on the beach. The room is cleaned every day. Drinking water in 0.5 bottles is brought every day. Towels, bathrobes, slippers, toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap, shampoo, shower gel are also in the room. Everything is supplemented when it ends. Panoramic windows and a balcony with sea views. You wake up and fall asleep to the sound of waves and the whisper of the sea. The room's furnishings are modern! Everything is clean and new. Made with a soul! I definitely recommend this place!!!!

Great hotel, great place. 1 line, free beach, clear sea, dolphins. Sun beds, umbrellas, there is enough space for everyone. A new, modern hotel. The rooms are quiet, beautiful design. Pillows, mattresses are comfortable, the bed linen is snow-white. Everything is new. Air conditioners are everywhere. Cleaning is timely, cleanliness is on the level. There are no problems with water, there is always electricity (the hotel has its own generator, if there is a shutdown, which happens) . The food is delicious: breakfast- lunch. Dinner is available for an additional fee upon request. The cook is well done, he was pleased! Parking in the yard. There are 5 kilometers from the border.

This summer, at the beginning of June, we rested at the Basalt Club hotel-it's a delight! Exquisite simplicity of the interior, cleanliness and order. The Pitsunda pines, spreading their green-blue branches above you, invite you to relax in their shade from the hot sun. Greenery, trees, shrubs and floral splendor delight the eye and envelop in peace. Just throw a cap to the sea. You don't have to spend hours on the beach. I came, swam, sunbathed and you can go back to the room for a shower. A very comfortable stay! Thanks!!!

We had a rest in September. The hotel is great. The place is very beautiful. The rooms are very clean. The bed linen is white. Sea view directly from the room. Great hotel on the first line! A very quiet and peaceful place to relax. The hotel itself is just 5+ Spacious, stylish rooms, good furniture and plumbing. Stunning sea views from panoramic windows and balconies. The staff would like to thank you very much for your hospitality! The price includes breakfast and lunch. It's very tasty, homemade. The portions are large, you will not stay naked. You can have dinner both at the hotel itself (for an additional fee) and in the nearest cafes. I definitely recommend the hotel!

We were at the hotel from August 5 to August 16, 2023. I really liked it, of course there are disadvantages as everywhere, if you find fault, the sea was a priority for us, and it met all our expectations!!! The sea was just magical, turquoise color, only 1 n day the storm was not big, and so all the days were crazy👌👌👍According to the hotel, a good, modern hotel on the seashore with 2 meals a day, there were extra breakfasts for us, because we almost don't have breakfast, coffee was paid and not delicious, cold, and breakfast is not for everyone, of course we are used to everything incl. and here is a different system, there would be a custom menu to choose from, it would probably be better)) well, but the dinners are very tasty, the food is homemade, the portions are just big, special thanks to the chef Sergey, he's just a miracle!!! We went to dinners, that's just the dinners were made to order, for a fee, but we bypassed many catering points and made sure that the chef Sergey is just a handsome man!!!!!! Very tasty! Take care of Sergey's cook🙏🙏🙏employees are like bees, they work almost without rest😪 and there was one minus for us, it was interruptions with light😢😢😢well, this is all over Abkhazia, and be prepared that the conder will work like a fan during the day, it looks like there is not enough power, for us it was just a significant minus. Very fresh hotel: clean, modern interior, friendly staff. The view from the rooms is the dream of a resident of a megalopolis, the sea, sunsets/sunrises, pine trees. The first line from the sea is 10 meters from the hotel gate. The deck chairs are brand new, the pebbles are small (not boulders), the shore is clean. The interior is minimalistic and comfortable, linen and towels are always clean, bottles of water every day.
AN EXCELLENT cook - thanks a lot to him, the food is delicious and fresh, not overcooked in oil, like home cooking. It is beautiful and pleasant - calm, modern. I recommend.

Great hotel, on the first line.
You fall asleep and wake up with the sound of the sea and a view of the sea)))
The administrator is a very kind, pleasant woman, all issues were promptly resolved and helped.
The breakfasts and lunches included in the room rate are good. It's certainly not a buffet with a lot of choice, but overall it's not bad.
And in general, this hotel is a pearl for Abkhazia!
We want to come back in the fall, we liked to relax here)

Great hotel! The interior is chic. New well-maintained rooms. We rented a Mini-suite room with a family (3 people). 4th floor. Completely white in color, very stylish. Great view from the room. There is an elevator. The cleaning is high-quality and every day.
The territory of the restaurant is on the ground floor and the veranda. The food is always very tasty, there was not a single medium dish, everything was 10 points. We also had dinner at the hotel (a la carte, restaurant dishes) also 10 points.
The lobby bar. Friendly and attentive staff.
The beach is 10 meters away (sand/pebbles). The territory is small, but cozy. Fruit trees, swings, soft sofas. Cozy chairs on the veranda.
Abkhazia is a peculiar, Soviet country, but from staying in this cozy and aesthetic hotel, we have only positive emotions.

The hotel is great! Above all praise! The rooms are clean, cozy, there is everything to the smallest detail, all rooms have a sea view, and it is 50 meters from the hotel.
We had two standard rooms on the 3rd floor and a mini suite on the 4th floor, both rooms are large, spacious, with modern furniture and their own style.
The mini suite has panoramic windows on both sides, a large balcony, stunning views! In the standard on the third floor, the balcony is surrounded by fir trees, a gorgeous view of the sea, sleeping with an open balcony is a pleasure.
There is an elevator, which is a huge plus for adults.
Our accommodation included breakfast and lunch, everything is very tasty, fresh, and a varied menu every day.
We always had dinner at the hotel, ordered according to the menu, the cook tries very hard, delicious kebabs, salads, everything is done from under the knife! The waitress Veronica is a pleasant girl, always with a smile, calm, polite, kind. In general, all the staff at the hotel is very polite and everyone tries and welcomes guests, you can feel it from the first minute in the hotel.
A big plus, what I was looking for and wanted on vacation is a compact hotel, there are only 10 rooms, cozy, stylish and very clean!
The beach is 50 meters away, there are sun beds and umbrellas from the hotel, beach towels!
We were there for 7 days, we took excursions to Gagra and Ritsa from the hotel, comfortable minevens and polite drivers, drive calmly, without strain, they will tell you about all the sights along the way.
The sea is clean and very warm, we took a boat trip right from the shore, met dolphins, swam in the open sea. Now I can and recommend this place to anyone who wants to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city and from the anthill with people. I was reminded of this hotel by Asian local small hotels, here the owners love their hotel so much that it feels like people are not just making money, but living this business.

We had a family vacation at the Bazalt Hotel in August 2022. We took 2 rooms next to each other. The price and quality match! The best hotel in its price category in Tsandripsha, and maybe in the whole of Abkhazia. A few facts:

- [ ] There are sun beds and large umbrellas on the beach, beach towels
- [ ] The rooms are new, stylish, huge panoramic windows, silent air conditioners, snow-white linen and towels, comfortable beds, bathrobes and slippers. Cosmetics in the bathroom. Daily cleaning, high-quality.
- [ ] Very tasty food in the restaurant! We are comrades with claims in terms of food. The portions for breakfast and lunch are large, everything is moderately sweet/salty. The coffee is excellent, grain. In the evening we had dinner on the menu. Serving dishes, dishes - beautiful! Delicious. At the level of both European cuisine (Caesar salad with shrimp was our favorite) and national cuisine (khachapuri, mmmm). The prices are reasonable!For comparison, we went to the restaurant of the neighboring hotels. And to a local cafe with oilcloths on the tables, where prices are quite a bit lower, but everything else (( (

The hotel is located on the first line, this is a plus, the rooms are clean, everything is new and these are probably the only advantages. The attitude towards the guests with hatred is the feeling that you have come on vacation and still owe them. Nutrition according to the complex menu is a horror, if the porridge was served sweet rice, you ask without sugar, they say it is not allowed, they constantly pour the second dishes with some kind of sauces incomprehensible, not everyone likes it, you can also put the sauce separately. Lunch from 13 to 15 if you come at 14.3, you will eat everything cold. Lunch on a separate menu that they have wanted to order in 3.5 hours. So they said there was little time. The son asked for broth, they said no problem (it was trash)yes, it was made , but from a cube of magic or Galina Blanca. They asked us to warn in the evening if we go on an excursion, they say we will not eat at the hotel, then they will give us water, sandwiches, fruits, once they gave 0.5 water, a banana and an apple, sandwiches do not have time to make, but then they do not have time, for the second time they said in the evening that we were not It won't be for breakfast, it won't be for lunch, they didn't give me anything at all. The service includes cleaning every day, drinking water 2b.every day. On the third day, I couldn't stand it anymore, I said at least take away the garbage (Vera admin.supposedly, it can't be that you don't have everything cleaned up for the report) This is only the smallest part of what I wrote, there are a lot of moments that left bad impressions of the hotel. If you really want to relax, I DO NOT RECOMMEND BASALT.

We were there in August, we really liked everything, the food is very tasty and I would say good portions, you eat, breakfast and lunch are included in the price, dinner - there is a menu, you pay separately. I want to mention the waitress of the Turntables, sweet, kind, courteous, sociable and you can laugh with her 😁👍 Our room was on the 3rd floor, cleaning every day, everything is clean, there is a safe, wardrobe, hangers, bathrobes, slippers, refrigerator, and every day they give bottled water (this pleased me), there is toothpaste, brushes, soap, shampoo, gel. The view is amazing, there is a balcony, there is also a table and chairs, you can sit and relax and drink homemade wine. Access to the sea is literally two steps away, there are sun loungers with umbrellas, which are already included in the price. The rest is just great, we will return there next year🌅

we rested at the Basalt hotel at the end of July with a family of 4 people, occupied two rooms, one on the 4th floor, the other on the third , all rooms overlook the sea ,the view is stunning, the sea is nearby , everything in the rooms is modern and cozy , the rooms are cleaned every day , the food is excellent ,breakfast and lunch,dinner we ordered in We visited the hotel once in a restaurant in Gagra , we didn 't like it , but it 's so convenient here , we ordered at lunch, came at 19 , everything was served fresh and hot , thank you for the rest .

I was looking for hotels in Abkhazia not far from the border. Everything around was either a scoop or did not catch the eye. But, my eyes fell on Bazalt and I did not lose. Pros:
1. The manager is Vera, a very intelligent person who makes the whole atmosphere of this hotel calm, neat, favorable and developing. (She took me from the border in her car, which is already a huge plus in karma)
2. The hotel itself and the Boho-style rooms with loft elements (what are the concrete tables, flower pots, a table in the bathroom). A huge plus is the availability of blackout curtains, bathrobes, slippers, hygiene kits. The rooms have clean carpet on the floor, cupboards, a refrigerator (with daily replenished water), a huge comfortable bed and pillows, there are ottomans where you can put clothes, air conditioning. The bathroom has a well-made ladder and there are no sides, a mirror with a turn-on backlight. And of course there is a table with chairs on the balcony where you can relax in the evenings with a view of the sea.
3. The landscape. Along the perimeter, concrete planters with flowers, trees are preserved and competently integrated into the overall style. A veranda where you can have breakfast/lunch/dinner. Although the territory is not large, but there is a place for privacy
4. Nutrition. It was great. Breakfasts, most often porridge + cheesecakes / omelets. Dinners are the first, second and compote. Everything is very tasty, the serving, the dishes are on fire. Vartush is very friendly. The only negative (for me). The wine that was opened then costs a day or two just with a cork. There are no desserts.
5. The sea - it's just right away. And this is a huge plus.
In general, after 5 days of rest, I was very satisfied. When the spa opens (2nd floor), this place will be just amazing. I will definitely come back here.

The hotel is practically on the beach, there are sun beds with umbrellas (free of charge)... the beach is spacious (pebbles), there are not many people…
On the next base there is a Playground (2 min walk) under the shade of trees 👍
We rested in Abkhazia for the 1st time. We have been to: Chernihiv, Sukhum, new Athos, Pitsunda and this hotel.
Conclusion: If we go to Abkhazia again, then only here!!!
