We went to have a snack on Saturday 10.09 in the afternoon. I ordered beef cheeks with mashed potatoes and a glass of dry red wine Donini Bardolino.
The wine arrived quickly. My husband and I chatted, I even took a photo on Instagram. I didn't drink the wine right away. I put it in front of me. I see something floating. I immediately thought it was sediment. Such as in pomegranate juice, for example. It is very rare in wine, but it happens. But I decided to look at the light. I saw an insect. One, two, three, seven, ten…
Midges in the wine. Not just one hit by accident, but a dozen midges. They died a long time ago and floated at the bottom of the glass.
We were very surprised, and immediately called the administrator.
She snatched the glass from my hands, without saying a word, ran away.
We have recovered from the shock. They started laughing and joking about the situation. Well, Bobruisk, of course. What just can't happen. We are waiting for what will happen next.
The hostess comes, says I'm sorry, here's a new wine from a newly opened bottle. We will remove the wine from the bill (yes, we have removed it). We check all bottles for the presence of midges right now.
I understand that the right decision was to pay for my husband's drink, get up and leave. But we decided to stay. Partly because they planned to come with their parents later and it was interesting what happened to the food.
The new wine tasted different from the first. The first one has obviously lost its aroma, taste, and strength.
The food was brought to two people at the same time. I ate straight without mood and pleasure. The dish is heavy and unbalanced. I do not recommend it.
In short, I still hate to remember visiting this cafe. Imagination draws variants of how the midges got into the wine. From the fact that the bottle was uncovered and the insects could easily get there and die. To the point that someone didn't finish this wine on the terrace and it was drained back into the bottle. Ugh.
We don't plan to come back in our right mind anymore. And, of course, I will not advise anyone.
There are vacancies for key positions in the cafe. When we arrived and at the time when we left, the staff spent time outside. 4 (!) employees were standing on the street (smoking, talking, etc.).
Well, the parking is very bad. The destroyed ancient asphalt. But this is not as important as the rest.
I won't say that there is something new for such an institution in Bobruisk, but I don't really want to celebrate every holiday there, but there is no point in going there for the sake of appearance)

I was very impressed with the meatball soup. It reminded me of a dish from the movie "Menu". It is also minimalistic in content and refined in presentation. I wanted to leave because the movie ended badly.
The prices are high, the portions are small, the soup turned out to be sour, (although it was replaced with fresh, but the sediment remained).

After watching the advertisement on our Bobruisk TV, we decided to go to this place, having booked a table in advance (the most interesting thing is that we were warned about the drAscode (it is unclear why it is there at all)... And at the appointed time , when we arrived there , the waiters met us (it was the impression that these were schoolchildren working part - time during the summer holidays ) .The impressions of the interior were very funny, it seemed that this was such an idea to do everything deliberately carelessly, but after sitting there for 15 minutes and seeing everything, it became clear that it was just a desire to reduce the cost of the repair itself as much as possible and the air conditioner was bothering me all the time, which gave me right in the head ( I'm not an expert, of course, but something tells me that it is this type of air conditioning that is not installed in such establishments, which reinforced the impression that everything was done very cheaply) but there was hope for the kitchen, having ordered a salad with chicken and tuna in sweet sauce, we asked to bring us a cocktail right away (I must say that we received it only after 40 minutes the bartender was very busy in conversation with some girl and did not have time to do anything catastrophically) we received the cauldron exactly for the 2nd course. The quality of the salad was nothing, but the cartilage in each piece of chicken (and I note it costs 12 rubles for a very small portion) spoiled the whole impression. We overcame tuna in just 2 pieces (maybe it should taste like this, we are not connoisseurs of haute cuisine) after drinking a cocktail in which I did not feel alcohol, giving 95 rubles for two, we called a taxi and went to Amsterdam to somehow brighten up our disappointment. This is of course my subjective opinion, but it is unlikely that this cafe can compete in the catering system in the near future.
The staff is very polite and pleasant. A bright large cafe with a play area for families with children. They cook quickly. I didn't like the pizza, and I didn't like the cocktails either.
In fact, 3+ and that's only because of the good waiters. Live music through speakers with low sound quality at full volume hurts the ear. Don't order Parma pizza, ham doesn't chew at all, but formaggi is super for cheese lovers, melts in your mouth.

The service is top, but in terms of cuisine it is a very dubious option, the food is too greasy in places, in particular pizza, soups are nothing, but after the creamy, to be honest, I was a little twisted. I don't know what this is about. In terms of the interior, everything is very large-scale, I would even say that I didn't feel very comfortable.
The staff is not attentive. The bartender works without gloves... Adding orange slices to cocktails with your bare hands... The pasta was brought slightly warm... All the dishes ordered were not to our taste. We visited it for the first time, but we won't go any more.
The service leaves much to be desired. The waiter initially did not warn about the lack of items on the menu, after a long thought I had to choose again. They chose another dish and ordered 2 pieces, the waiter did not hear and brought one, after noting that they ordered 2, they received in response that there were only one serving left! There are products FOR ONE SERVING in the restaurant!
Okay The duck was brought, dry and with an absolute mismatch of flavors. There was only citrus and nothing more. And the portion of duck is the same as the ravioli from the children's menu. In general, the impression of the restaurant is complete horror. The administrator does not control the satisfaction of the guests with the time spent. We won't be coming back here anymore.
