Excellent business center. The location allows you to quickly get anywhere in the city. BC security is always on site to help if needed. Clean, regular cleaning of all floors. On the ground floor you can buy coffee and a pie. There are sofas and a couple of tables in the lobby. They decorate the first floor very beautifully for all holidays. The elevators are working properly. There is a schedule for cargo delivery so that there is no traffic jam during rush hour. The fire alarm system is regularly checked. Great view of the city. There are private parking spaces. The windows in the offices are open, and there is also a ventilation system.

The center is multifunctional, modern and probably convenient to work in. But parking is not provided for customers. There are, but there are 20 cars and next to the store. Everything else is blocked by barriers. There is a highway on all sides, I arrived at the meeting before the opening of the center and searched for parking for 30 minutes. So if you need to solve some problem there, you need a taxi or you don't need to go there.

Everything is fine! But I am removing one star due to the lack of conditions for people with disabilities, namely, there is no adaptation of the entrance group to the building at the main entrance for people traveling in wheelchairs and the restrooms are also not equipped with special assistants in the form of special handrails.
