The price of the Internet is upsetting, the tariff was arbitrarily raised from 85 hryvnia to 165 hryvnia. The quality of the Internet leaves much to be desired, although they try to respond quickly. There was an unpleasant case in two months, two routers (their own) failed, then something was tampered with, it seemed to be allowed. It is better not to go into the chat with them with complaints, their moderators are rude and touchy. But there is no decent alternative, we have to put up with it.
