We booked this hotel for several reasons: the dates we needed were available and the possibility of booking without prepayment (Russian cards do not allow you to pay in advance).
What I realized right away: YOU NEED TO READ REVIEWS.
People on Google maps wrote about noise and dirt — and they were right. I thought they were picking on me.
It was immediately noticeable that they did not carry out any special cleaning. There is no desire to walk barefoot in the room at all. Towels and bed linen are very worn—out - simply old and poorly washed.
Room cleaning? No, there is no such thing. On the fourth day, we stupidly put the garbage out the door ourselves, because we realized that no one would come. And we're not the only ones, by the way. New towels were brought on the 5th day — of course, they were stained.
The most "fun" thing is the noise. Yes, it's definitely great that the hotel is within walking distance of attractions and a bunch of restaurants. But! In this case, I think we can take care of the guests and make good windows so that people in the hotel can RELAX. But no, our window did not close completely, apparently for ventilation purposes. As a result: not a single good night.
One day, they started drilling into the neighboring wall at one o'clock in the morning. It seemed so impossible that it felt like a dream. But no, this is a reality that lasted until 3 a.m. It is also quite normal to wake up at 6:30 from repair work nearby, or at 4 a.m. from drunken neighbors walking up the stairs.
I'm not a prude, parties, hangouts are great! Cleanliness is also a subjective matter. But you want to relax in a hotel, and here no one in their right mind will get it.
The vacation was overshadowed by this place, it's a pity.
