We have not left for 4 years since the pandemic began. We decided to go on vacation with my husband. We chose the hotel on the recommendation of our tour operator. In general, we are happy with the rest: the weather, the sea is gorgeous. The hotel is on the level. There are not big moments: This is a klinig. They are cleaned not when customers need it, but when it is convenient for the staff. That's why they didn't clean our place every day. The alcohol and food are very good. The hotel grounds are large and chic. The rooms are already shabby, but in principle the room is large and comfortable. Not cheap. But in general, we were satisfied with the rest and the hotel. The staff treats customers very well, they meet them right at the transfer. We recommend it. Thank you very much.

I stayed at the Bi Premium Hotel in August 2024. I had two impressions. I'll start in order: - it is located near the airport and this is a plus, - the territory is huge, everything is green, the gardeners are at a height), - the landscape was known, so I was ready for walks in advance, but as it turned out, it's not very easy in the heat downhill / downhill. Of course there are bugs, there seem to be a lot of them riding, but it's either go or wait anyway, - we checked in around 10 a.m., the waiting time was about 3 hours, which in principle is not so much. We immediately connected to a local chat with admins, where you could write your wishes (send transport, book a table, etc.), - the surprise was caused by "your beach": a narrow strip with umbrellas and sun beds. Of course, there were families with children on it, of which there were many in the hotel. The entrance to the water is a large pebble. There is a pier nearby, which, in principle, suited me and I stayed on it all the days. The sun beds are already old, but with what care the employees put a towel on them (sometimes not very clean and torn somewhere), - there are also private piers for rent and a pier on the far beach, such as for adults only, did not reach, therefore without an assessment, - there are many bars and eateries on the territory, you can have lunch on the beach with delicious fish or eat junk food like burgers by the pool), - in general, the food is not bad, but it seems to me, taking into account the main restaurant, it does not pull at Ultra. The first misunderstanding occurred when, at my request in the chat to book a table at an Italian restaurant, in the evening it turned out that there was no reservation. Then I asked myself the question: is this really Premium? The next day, however, they corrected themselves) By the way, I liked everything in the Italian restaurant. A Russian-speaking waitress gets 5 points for service and comfort! I also went to dinner at a fish restaurant - I was not impressed by the word at all. I escaped for only 7 nights, but that was enough time for this hotel. Although I've never been picky) I am for objectivity and price/quality. The day of departure probably finished off: out of habit, the departure was scheduled for the latest flight. I asked in advance to extend the number from 12 to 17. They did not give an answer for a long time. On the day of departure, a text message arrived at 10 a.m.: We cannot extend your room, we can move it for 5 hours to another one for 150 euros. Well, I did not understand the joke at all ...... To summarize, I will say that the Aegean Sea is gorgeous, I experienced nostalgia for Greece, but otherwise, unfortunately, it is not 5ka Ultra. I wouldn't bet more than 4. For my specific 8 days / 7 nights, even 4 hands do not rise. Therefore 3+

The hotel has two wonderful beaches: one with sand and a smooth entrance to the sea, the second is called "White Beach", the entrance is by stairs!! It is very comfortable to take a tan!! We visited both beaches!! The service is excellent, the staff is attentive! And the sea, the Aegean Sea: clear, transparent, azure and cool at any time of the day!!! I recommend you to visit!!! Nice hotel, beach and hotel grounds. Sun beds, towels, entertainment, food, drinks - everything is there. The staff is helpful and friendly. There are various sun beds and bungalows. The only disadvantage is that the entrance to the beach is not cleared of stones.

Up to 20% of these, it would be necessary for the staff to monitor and free up places. We had never appeared on the beach before, it was already difficult to find a place near the sea. Because of the children, of course. And right there on the pier there are a lot of places for sunbathing, stairs to the water, showers and changing cabins. The toilet is one and a half flights up. It would be possible to get closer)) A recreation area by the sea, with sun beds - sand. The entrance to the water is very rocky, the bottom too. Just swim right away) If you look after the kids, it hurts to stand on your feet. The water in the Aegean Sea is spotlessly clean, everything is visible, the scenery is amazing. Breakwaters on both sides of the beach, near water sports, a relaxed neighborhood. It's interesting to watch the flyboarders. Beautiful yachts sail into the water area. The beach area is cleaned in places. The sun beds, paths, and shore are generally clean, and plastic bottles, packages, and branches are found near the breakwaters. There's a deserted corner, apparently, it's not interesting to put in order ( The bar by the sea always has ice cream, fresh juices, milkshakes, the whole range of drinks. And a higher restaurant - in the evening fish a la carte, in the afternoon lunch on the menu Mediterranean cuisine (but this is inaccurate)), where it is convenient to have lunch after the beach. We ate there once in the afternoon, we didn't like the service at all, although the dishes are delicious. The order was partially delivered to us. I was left without a salad, I had to go look for drinks to remind the staff, the children did not wait for dessert. We also visited this place as an a la carte dinner: beautiful view, delicious fish, uninterested inattentive staff, the same poor service. To summarize: in two weeks of staying at be premium, we visited this beach 3 or 4 times. It was crowded in the morning, there was no desire to have lunch at a nearby restaurant again. But in the evening hours is the perfect time for the sea ... the sun is setting, a salty breeze, gentle waves and a quiet shore!
