It was a pleasure to talk to the young man taking orders.
Upon receipt of the order, I found my first and last name as in the passport transcription from the Belarusian language. As well as the patronymic in Russian.
The woman at the table by the window (presumably the translator herself, since she personally stamped the seal), speaking on the phone, when I asked why the transcription of the patronymic from Russian and not Belarusian, threw at me that it was at the discretion of the translator. In a dismissive tone, no respect for the customer. When I tried to object, she unceremoniously turned away and continued the phone conversation.
My translation was redone, my middle name was removed.
People who do not know how to admit their mistakes and who do not know how to talk respectfully with a client do not remain among my favorites.
I wish in the future to correct this kind of attitude so that customers return, because apart from this there were no questions about the translation and service.
Thank you so much for the prompt help with the apostilles! While everyone had a record only for December, everything was done here in early October! I recommend.
