The most popular city beach in the busiest place is Dubai Marina and that says it all. I'll tell you right away: This is not my favorite beach in Dubai.
Of the pros: a fairly gentle entrance to the sea, pleasant sand, well-developed infrastructure (cafes and restaurants, toilets and showers, entertainment, etc.).
Of the cons: the water is cloudy, very crowded, expensive sunbeds, paid showers, men's toilets leave much to be desired, a rather enclosed space due to the proximity of skyscrapers and Bluewaters (that's for me).

I was at the Address beach resort. The hotel is great. Three pools for every taste. The beach is big and nice, but I didn't like the water in the sea. Clear azure water, white sand, an inflatable floating huge trampoline town for children, as well as all the necessary infrastructure contribute to a comfortable pastime. Within walking distance are Bluewaters with a unique Ferris wheel, which, unfortunately, does not work, but impresses with its size on closer inspection. I recommend it for a visit!
