This is an abandoned hotel, although they say that when it was working it was not very good by our standards. We walked around its territory: the bungalows are abandoned, but they still have furniture and televisions, it's strange that no one has stolen it yet. There are chairs and tables in the dining room, coffee is scattered, you can see that you have recently worked, but there is such a situation that you should not go there. At the same time, the first coastline is surrounded by pine trees. It is very strange that there is no investor to revive it. Chickens walk around the territory. Everything is slowly getting discouraged, bungalows are falling into disrepair, the fence is falling apart, trees are falling, it's very sad.

Pros, near the sea, houses in the pines, lack of alcohol. Cons food, complete absence of fish, unsanitary conditions in the kitchen, they didn't care at all about how and what their guests eat, no one ever went to clean the room during the whole vacation, the water in the shower does not drain, they decided to close the hotel at the end of the vacation, and stopped cooking new, somehow miraculously, the transfer came for us, and the driver told us that he was supposed to pick us up from another hotel somewhere nearby, but he did not find us there and came to Penara.

I cleaned 1 time in 6 days, no food, no drinks except beer and wine!
The bathroom stinks of conalization, the water does not go away, the ants arrange a water party! There is no animation, no music! No celebration, not even a balloon was given))

Very nice hotel. The staff is friendly, the chefs, the chef are trying very hard, the SPA, I liked everything! The food is good. The only thing is that I would not recommend some drinks, for example, juices that are in vending machines. And coffee is very even! I was a little worried about the evening music. We were in 2009, it was GOOD, the food was on 4. We returned in 2011 and were horrified everything was on 2. It turned out that the old owner sold it to a group of small businessmen, and everything went down.The Tekirova district is the most expensive, taxes are high, and you can only sell expensive tours to SUCKERS. They have enough and the owners will not do anything. The hotel is only for quiet vegetarians. On our second visit, we went to the village for dinner.

One of the advantages is a beautiful green area, pine trees, flowers, rabbits, chickens with roosters, sheep walk around the territory. Not a bad meal. The sea is very clean and warm. There is a swimming pool both on the main territory and in anex. On the main slide.
A huge minus is the numbers. Old, dirty, dead plumbing. Almost all new arrivals are trying to move to another room, this is just a folk entertainment - everyone exchanges information about who moved from which room and where what falls off and flows.
There was no animation at all, but we didn't really need it.

There are Anex rooms, located far beyond the territory, and there is a Standard, these are houses in the pines.
This is a budget for local people, for them the state provides budget places for the disabled, it costs them a penny. It is unclear why Russians are being sold tours there. There are a lot of vacationing Turkish families with children, noisy and arrogant.
The rooms are all dead, the furniture is also in mold, everything falls off, does not work, is rusty or dirty (the Turks got dirty), there is no hot water, the food is terrible, there are 10 rows of deck chairs on the beach and there is not enough for everyone, they stand side by side. The garbage is not cleaned, the beach is full of cigarette butts, garbage. Because it is combined with two hotels. There was even a fight over the deck chairs.
There are huge queues in the dining room, there are not enough places, the dishes are unwashed.
The staff doesn't care about all your problems.
The only plus is the clear sea and the pine territory, which is unkempt and will soon bend too.
But we won't go there anymore.

Excellent hotel, magnificent beach, clean water, great location, I really liked the individual houses mainly for 2 rooms, there are a couple for 4 rooms. The food is excellent, although it's a little poor for meat lovers, but chicken and its derivatives have always been there, sometimes there was beef and lamb, fish was given a couple of times. I was on vacation from May 9th to 19th, maybe I didn't notice everything. Special thanks from my wife to the new chef, under his management the restaurant team was above all praise, both in the kitchen and in the hall. Despite the not very large selection of meat dishes, the vegetables were cooked just great.
The location of the hotel is very good, close to all tourist infrastructure. Since this is not our first time in Turkey, we have completely dispensed with field trips. But on the other hand, we arranged walking tours to the city of Fesalis - the winter residence of Alexander the Great, just about 1.5 hours on foot from the hotel, through a gorgeous bay, over the mountain above the bay, we returned to dolmusha- a local type of shuttle bus, only one dollar per person. The next trip was to Ukhta Cleopatra, about an hour and a half in the opposite direction from Fesalis, along a wonderful mountain road to a bay with crystal clear water. Well, the last trip to Mount Olympus to the Teleferik cable car station. 15 minutes on the dolmush to the turn to the Teleferik and an hour and a half 7 kilometers uphill to a height of 700 meters to the cable car station, although the last kilometer and a half to the station we were picked up by an elderly couple in a car, although we did not ask, but they stood, and as it turned out, they were right, these were the steepest kilometers in the the mountain. But the impressions were above the roof, the view of the surrounding area from the mountain is simply amazing. In general, we are very happy with Pinara. Although I must say right away, this is a family-friendly hotel, it will probably be boring for young people, although probably how to set yourself up.
In general, the hotel and its location are excellent, the staff of the hotel and its managers are just great, thank them very much for their work. In general, my wife and I decided to stay at this hotel and next time we will go here again, they are not looking for good.

A great cozy park complex. Houses for two rooms, each with a balcony, the balcony is not small, in the evening you can sit, smoke, drink wine. There are a lot of houses and they are located all over the park, we lived closer to the sea, a three-minute walk. The dining room, pool and bar are also located by the sea. The food is normal, there is no meat, but chicken every day in different versions, delicious, a lot of greens, tomatoes, cheeses, cottage cheese, olives, at least you can overeat. Sugar watermelons and honey melons every day. Sweets. Coffee, juices, gas.drinks, tea, ephesus beer in the bar, dry wine, gin, vodka, whiskey, crayfish (tour.vodka, I recommend), you can live. WiFi is only available at the reception, if you live by the sea, then you need to walk 7-10 minutes to make a call. Pomegranates, lemons, oranges, laurel, Chinese rose grow in the park, it is very beautiful. There are also chickens and roosters walking, with big fluffy paws, very beautiful, roosters are very fond of bread soaked in Napoleon. It's better to go to the beach early, at least take a place. Although the beach is private, two neighboring hotels are allowed to walk on it, so whoever gets up first gets his slippers. Terrible hotel!! Carefully look at the name of the rooms! There is a standard room, and there is an anex standard. So anex standard is located in a hotel 2 kilometers from the beach! The territory resembles the old Soviet camp sites. Not only was I 2 kilometers from the beach, but I ended up without a room at all!! They confirmed the reservation, in the absence of rooms!! They offered me to live in the attic, calling it a room. I understand this is a room for workers. I refused and had to spend the night at the reception. Food is a separate topic. Vacationers constantly complain that the bed linen and towels are stained and old. In front of me, the woman begged for a clean sheet. The standard rooms are in a dilapidated condition. What struck me was that in the restaurant all drinks are served in paper cups, there are no cups in principle! The director does not solve the issues in any way, they promise and that's all. In addition to everything, it is impossible to get enough sleep, the neighbors have a rooster from 4 a.m. and the whole hotel will be there!

Hello everyone I want to save future Turkish tourists from this terrible hotel.
Let's start with the fact that I paid for this tour for 4 people for almost 170 thousand for 10 days! And I'll say this. This hotel is not even worth half of it.
We arrived at the hotel at the beginning of the 12th night, because our flight was postponed and then delayed. Naturally, there was no dinner, and we were flying with a small child of 5 years old, who had not eaten for half a day. We were delayed for a long time from checking into the room. Then we ordered food for our own money (all inclusive in the hotel), which we also waited for about 20 minutes. The administrator somehow tried to explain in Russian what and how in this hotel, as a result, we explored it ourselves.
Let's start criticizing the room. Firstly, these cute rooms in the picture have not been repaired for 5 years for sure. All the plaster and paint are peeling off, terrible brown smudges. The entrance to the room is a flimsy door that doesn't even need a key, you can just push it, so your money and documents are not particularly protected. The bathroom, combined with a toilet, leaves much to be desired. The tile is gilded, the shower, the faucet, the drain is rusty, the pressure is loose. The grout is already all yellow, as if there is no permutation of the smoke. And the smell in the room after cigarettes is also preserved. And at the reception, too. The door to the balcony is broken or cracked. There are no Russian-language channels on the TV, although 60-70 percent of tourists are Russian. The promised Wi-Fi catches only at the reception and a little further from it, we were lucky, we were settled close to it. The towels are torn. And the ants are your new neighbors and lovers in bed)
It was a long walk to the beach, bars and restaurant. 10 minutes, and with the child it's all 20.
About the arrangement of bars and everything adjacent to them. The pool is small and the slides are too, but the child has gone and thank God. If you want to drink a strong drink, you either have to pay, or wait for lunch - they pour beer there, or wait for lunch, maybe you can drink a cocktail. You can try a cocktail at the bar next to the restaurant, but that's if you're willing to pay $10 for 1 cocktail. And by the way, you can't just take bottled water near the beach. $1 for a 0.5 bottle and it's yours. As well as ice cream and snacks and toys for children.
About the restaurant. The food is scarce. The plates are broken and chipped.
About the beach. Bulls, fragments of plastic dishes and other debris are lying around everywhere, workers do not take care of him at all.
The attitude of the staff towards the tourist is disgusting. No respect whatsoever. They just pull money for regular water, which should be updated every day for free and depending on the number of visitors in the room.
Now I'll explain what I'm comparing it to. 2 years ago I was in Antalya with my aunt and her daughter. We have been in 5 stars for 2 weeks. We paid 110 thousand rubles. And we had everything, and everything was perfect. She cleaned our place every day. Every hour there was access to food and drink completely free of charge. The beach is perfectly clean. Each chaise longue is equipped with an ashtray and a trash can. The animation was at the highest level, yes everything was at the highest level. Next to him was a 4-star hotel, but the same director as ours. We were allowed to go there and I will say so. Almost no different from 5 stars. Maybe a little more modest interior, a little different food. But the staff works perfectly, whatever is there, whatever is there. Synchronously, quickly. Just don't find fault. They didn't pull the money once again. If only those who rented premises in these hotels and opened souvenir shops.
I really hope that my cry of the soul will help future tourists of beautiful Turkey not to step on my rake and not be led to a beautiful picture. And I hope this will help tour operators to direct their customers away from this hotel.

Drinks 3. No cocktails, upi juices, cola and sprite are normal. Hot chocolate comes to the children (delicious only in the bar!!!)

I've never written reviews, but I want people to know the truth. I must say right away that this is the fourth time in Turkey, we have been to Asia and Europe. But this is the first time I've encountered this.I knew that I was not going to the top five, I was ready to close my eyes to a lot, but even my prepared nerves gave way. the ticket was purchased back in January 2020 - then, due to health problems, we chose a long stay at sea (21 days). The budget was limited, and Pinara was chosen precisely because of its location: the first line, the pine forest and the sea. These were the main criteria. Due to the pandemic, we went only a year later, the tour operator (Teztur) asked to pay 70 euros extra for the child, since he turned 12 years old.
1. Teztur tour operator. Absolutely unprofessional! The representative did not attend the information meeting, referring to the fact that he had a different time specified. We waited 40 minutes, as a result, we had to meet with her the next day. And this is vacation time! Upon departure, we were transferred to another flight earlier for a whole DAY. The hotel guide informed about this only the night before: you are leaving tomorrow! You've been transplanted! To my question why they didn't warn me in advance, it's not an hour and two, but a whole day - I didn't get an answer. I have never seen a hotel guide during my vacation
2. Check-in. We had Anex standard rooms. The website said: on the territory of the hotel, 400 m from the reception. I was ready to walk around the hotel for an extra 400 meters, this is not a problem for us. But it turned out that the Anex rooms are three purchased boarding houses or guest houses 900 meters from the reception (and there is exactly the same distance from the reception to the sea, I turned on the pedometer specifically, so count the mileage). We settled in the Tekirova Pansion. The rooms are not even two stars! Two small towels, a bedspread, a faulty shower and a puddle near the toilet constantly. After my request, they brought second sheets with which to cover themselves and large towels. There was a football match - we are fans, somehow we turned on the TV, only Turkish channels, the remote control does not work. We watched the match in Turkish with grief. The employee at the reception - not a word in English or Russian. It seems that he was specially put here without knowledge of languages, because almost all Russians or Ukrainians who live here, apparently, the hotel management does not want to listen to complaints and do something.
In general, this is the first time I have encountered such an attitude towards tourists in Turkey. On the same day, I wanted to move into a bungalow, after an hour of waiting and talking, I was taken to the administrator's office (apparently the main one according to their room stock is a Turk of 55 years old, speaks English), next to the reception. He offered for a long time to "make me happy", explained that the sea, the sun, the beach and there must be a man nearby.... Well, you get it :) and for a cup of coffee with me in the evening and $200, he will find a house for me on the territory. I refused the offer to drink coffee and have dinner, he lost all interest and said that then he could not help me in any way. Later, after getting to know other tourists, after talking, we realized that this was their standard scheme and the fee for relocation, despite the duration of the trip:)
After a week of rest, when I was completely tired of the water in the bathroom, I asked them to move me to another room. They moved into Theo's boarding house. He's nearby. The first room was even smaller than ours, with a view of the next balcony. Again, no sheets, no towels. The shower also doesn't work. She made a scandal. The next day they moved into a more or less tolerable room, the largest they have - rare Turks are settled there, Slavs are not settled. But apparently, our administrator was so tired of me, and we had 10 more days to live, that he decided not to contact me :)) And again there are problems with the shower - only hot water runs. This time, I just didn't let the administrator out until he called the plumber and he changed the faucet. And I was tormented by the question: why can't you do it yourself, why should vacationers suffer and waste their nerves? After all, these everyday issues are solvable, there would be a desire of the administration. But unfortunately he is not there! The only advantage of the Anex rooms is two pools with warm water in which you can swim even at night and silence. Since the people living there are mostly Slavs, as I called it, the Russian reservation.
3. The territory. We walked in the morning, we get up early - we like to swim in the morning sea. From our Anex, walk along the street with shops, go through the central square and walk to the territory of Pinara itself. Then the same amount through the pine forest. For me, the territory, if you put your hands and head together, can be made wonderful. And as it is - yes, a pine forest, yes flowers and paths, but a broken only playground, an abandoned children's club, a doctor's office and outbuildings - in general, ruin and complete absence of the owner. A Soviet children's camp somewhere in Tuapse looks more decent.
4. Swimming pool. The water is really cold. But we went downhill in the heat. It was enough for 3-4 times, and then to warm up in the sea). And a bonus from the vacationing Turks who are based near the pool from morning to evening is a dense curtain of cigarette smoke - they smoke like steam locomotives, including women, despite their own children nearby. This is their norm:(
5. The sea. This is what saved our vacation. Clean, transparent, turquoise, the bottom is visible even at depth, especially in the morning. After lunch, the waves rise a little. The entrance is pebbles, but we swam without coral. We went to the Pier of a nearby hotel in the morning before 9.00, jumped. Then a guard comes and asks to release the Pier. If you take a mask or glasses, you can watch the fish. I saw a stingray once.
6. The beach is dirty, rarely cleaned. Turks smoke on the beach, respectively, bulls are everywhere. Sun beds- a lot of broken ones. No one has heard about the fact that they need to be wiped. There are two hotels on the beach, but there is enough space for everyone. There are shared tents on the beach. There is a volleyball court. Even at five in the evening, they let you play the ball) You need to go to the pool to the bar. Beer is tasteless. In the neighboring Armas, the caplet is much tastier, although it is also diluted. I haven't tried the rest of the alcohol- I'm not a fan.
7. Nutrition. This is a separate topic. Snack - pasta, sausages, greens. That's it! In three weeks, there were French fries and a hamburger three times, which is impossible to eat. Closer to five in the evening, they still take out something like a biscuit and cookies, but we did not eat.
Breakfast- there are no omelets, eggs were fried several times, pancakes were distributed to the Turks once, ours were told - they were over. Mainly rice porridge, boiled eggs, greens, cheeses, jam (3-4 types), flakes. Tea and coffee from the vending machine. Sometimes there were fruits- watermelon or melon, plums, oranges.
Lunch - pasta, rice, mostly chicken or local fish, greens, sweets.
Dinner- sometimes there was a grill. And so, everything is the same as at lunch. And most importantly, the QUEUE for hot food. This is something! You can stand for 40 minutes behind a plate of pasta. Sometimes we didn't stand, we just took greens and something on the grill, sweets. I approached the administration with this question: is it really impossible to put more employees and another tray with hot?!After all, the queue is only for hot dishes! And everyone would be happy. After all, on vacation in the evening you want to have a quiet dinner, and not stand in line! I was not the only one who complained, but no one was heard: (((The administration, I repeat, does not seek to make a comfortable stay at the hotel at all! When we first arrived, there were very few Slavs in the entire hotel - mostly Turks. And that was something! In the dining room, a child, and he was a teenager, could stand in line for a long time, because Turks came up in front of him and served THEM, despite the queue. If he asked for supplements, then he was simply "not heard", this is the first time I've come across such a thing - dividing vacationers by nationality is strong! I talked to the staff, explained that the Turks are very picky and scandalous, but it's easier with us Russians! I was shocked, I can't say anything. A week later, there was a check-in and a lot of our people stopped by, there were fewer Turks - all this was not so obvious.
And the last thing that speaks about the level of the hotel is the beach towels! It would seem a trifle, but very revealing. Beach towels are from the neighboring fives! I am attaching a photo. I didn't believe it myself when I heard from vacationers from Armas that they saw a guy from our hotel collecting their towels from the sun beds while no one was looking. And what was my surprise when the next day they gave me blue towels with the inscription Armas :)) and a day later - Marti Mira. It's just a shame! If I hadn't encountered it myself, I wouldn't have believed that such a thing could happen.
Conclusion: we made a decision for ourselves at the very beginning of our vacation - Not to pay attention to the shortcomings and enjoy the sea and the sun! We did it. But don't set foot there anymore! For the $ 200 that I did not pay for the relocation, we bought sweets and fruits and went on excursions to Takhtali by jeep, and to Demre Mira Kekova from the travel agency, whose office is located opposite the main entrance to the hotel. We liked the excursions, very beautiful and interesting places, we even saw turtles :)one caveat: the guide of Zamir or (Damir) cheats with the price of an entrance ticket to the church of St. Nicholas the Wonderworker - instead of $ 8, he collects 12 :))It's a small thing, but it's very unpleasant. You know, you can not give her the money for the ticket, but buy it at the ticket office on the spot for 70 lira. Bargain at the travel agency, prices for excursions are reduced. We walked to Phaselis on our own, swam in the coves, visited the Ancient City and returned to Tekirova by Dolmusha. We went for a walk in Kemer on dolmush. On Tuesdays, a market comes to the village - you can bargain and buy inexpensive quite decent things, sweets and fruits. On the last day I talked to the manager- he speaks Russian, said everything is as it is - he assured that next year they will not sell Anex to ours, and this tour operator is deceiving us (although in my opinion they just share everything :)), and the territory and the room stock will be put in order- so far, the pandemic is tying their hands. But reading the reviews, I understand that nothing will change next year. The feeling that they want to earn as much as possible without investing anything in development. As they say, it's just business and nothing personal :)) This hotel is very atypical for Turkey. Like old boarding houses on the Black Sea coast somewhere in Abkhazia. The service is the same. The money is probably the same. For this amount, you can go to the neighboring Armas Kaplan, where the service is much higher, where they honestly write about the second line. Further along the shore there are five, which, of course, are in a different price segment.

The sea is great, but it's better to go in slippers, the beach is not very good. The territory is large, pine forest. Walking from the sea to the room in the shade is suitable for the elderly. The pool is cool and refreshing. The food in the morning is porridge, omelets and pancakes, greens. But I don't eat tomatoes with onions and cucumbers in the morning. Well, lunch and dinner of meat chickens, chickens, chickens and once again the chickens gave us fish, we did not like it and so I understood many too. The drinks are so-so. There is no free ice cream. Peaches, apples, plums, watermelons, melons were given different vegetables from fruits. Rooms are cleaned every day, beds are changed every three days.And we only spent the night in the room. There is no animation, really the guys are trying. It will not be interesting for the elderly and young people. Lobster lovers and delicious food are not here for you. Rooms for sleeping and that's all. There is no Internet only at the reception and even then not very much. In general, who is interested in the sea and stay in the pine forest is for you.

A nightmare! It's not 4* or even 3*. The numbers are cheating! When booking a Standart room, they inhabit strange rooms of a creepy appearance. Vacationers are treated with contempt. They hint, since there is no money for a decent hotel, be happy with it. You can queue for half an hour. There is no choice of food. It looks like a Soviet-era campsite for students. Dirt and ruin and everywhere....

A good Hotel, but not for pretentious people. Rooms in the houses, there is nothing, there is just not much. Chickens are walking around the territory and roosters are crowing in the morning, if not at night ...
The pool is cold, it is in the shade and for 14 days in early June, we swam with the children, the sea is much warmer.
The restaurant, for such a level of the hotel, is straight 5+, especially to the chef, a variety of dishes, everything is quite tasty... The whole rather big, frankly speaking, territory of the Club is located in the shade of pine trees. Exit from under them directly to the pool with slides, dining room and private beach with sun beds and awnings. The entrance to the sea is small non-slip pebbles and sand. The food is good, hungry people have not been seen on the territory. Chicken is given from meat every day, sometimes turkey or fish. No sausages or pork, do not forget that Turkey is a Muslim country. I recommend it to those who appreciate a quiet, cozy vacation without loud music and animation. For such 10 days of rest, I give them five.

We really liked it. We were the whole family in July 2019. we arrived early in the morning, had a meal and were immediately checked in. They gave us a house in the middle of the hotel, which completely pleased us, but they gave us a few dollars at the reception. the sea is the purest. the pool is cold. It's clean and cozy. the children liked animation. well, there is no loud music as in the neighboring hotels it is quiet and peaceful. the food is more or less normal. I agree with the rest of the reviews with the tortillas, generally a big minus. and if her own come, she gives them to her Russian friends. IN GENERAL, THE NAKEDNESS IS COMPLETE. as it is, the rest is good. we needed a quiet rest and this was just for us. It's tolerable from the airport. I would go again.

The site says that the beach is private, but alas - there are 30% of pinara vacationers on the beach, the rest are two more 5* hotels, two large buildings and 4 * slightly smaller (second line).There are not enough sunbeds in the sea, it is very difficult to enter, maneuvering between a dense layer of vacationers (with children and grandmothers) in an area where you can stand in the sea, then sharply deep.The food is very weak, only chicken meat was not tasty fish like horse mackerel twice in 2 weeks. There is a queue at the bar and there is no ice, no Pepsi lite. There is practically no snack - from 10-12 and from 15-17, gozleme tortillas should be baked (400 m from the beach) in the depths of the hotel. But the baker came at 10:45 and at 11: 15 said that they would no longer take up the queue, as well as after lunch. I would have given all 5 points for the price-quality ratio, if not for the shoals at the settlement (I had to spend the night in a substitute hotel far from the sea. And also a dull dining room. Well, God help him with the variety and lack of meat, for such and such money. But the available chicken can be laid out on at least two counters, and not on one, so that people don't beat their chests in the queue?! They will eat the same amount, but there will be no queues! Well, sweets-fruits, which are not enough for everyone, and which the hungriest and most emaciated immediately scoop out for themselves, and then, hiccupping, leave on plates. They sell tours but there are no places in the hotel. The sea and the pines are all great here. Everything else is complete f..pa.There are not even the famous paper sausages and sausages at breakfast. The guide from Tui cannot explain anything about the places in the hotel. Do not contact this hotel and tui.

Terrible numbers . one plus is the sea and the territory, with beautiful flowers.The roosters are crowing in the morning, it's very annoying.the food is monotonous, annoying on the third day, powdered juices, like jusu, carbonated drinks fanta, sprite, etc. coffee from the vending machine. Of the food for the week, there was only one fried chicken like a barbecue.and so basically sausages of the lowest quality (soy) a lot of greens like parsley, salads cucumbers tomatoes with onions, nuggets with French fries.In short, don't set foot here anymore. There is no normal food for children at all, and the pool is always icy. Children freeze, but there are a couple who swim. Regarding alcohol, everything is diluted.
