Excellent location, near the best municipal Kite beach - 10-15 minutes on foot and in a couple of minutes another compact, clean ascetic beach, though without entertainment. The hotel is located on a street where several bus routes run at once, it is very convenient - you can get to the Dubai Mall, Mall of Emirates, Deira City Center, etc. The service is normal, quite attentive, there is a Russian-speaking employee at the reception. Everything is clean and tidy. The weakest side of the hotel is the food, the breakfasts are as insignificant as possible, when booking, do not buy breakfast options and especially breakfast + dinner, money is wasted!

I went to Dubai for the second time and analyzed the hotels for a long time: quality / price / location. And I chose the Beach Walk Hotel very well, everything is as I expected, and the staff exceeded all expectations😍

The first thing that was important to us was the beach hotel, from which you can get to the sights by public transport. Buses run directly from the hotel in different directions 👍
*But in order to ride them, you will first need to buy a Nol travel card at the metro/tram station. The nearest metro station is 7-8 km away or ~20 dirhams by taxi.
I really liked the location, because in Dubai, hotels with their own beach are either on the outskirts / on a palm tree / in Sharjah, which will be problematic to get somewhere to walk. Or in the Marina Bay area, where there are a lot of skyscrapers, people and a small beach, and the water is not very good.
The Beach walk Hotel does not have its own beach with sun loungers. They give out umbrellas, bedding and towels EVERY time you go to the beach and on the way back they also pick you up in the lobby so that you don't have to drag them to the room)
Next to the hotel there are two giant manicured beaches with toilets and showers. We walked to the right, to the nearest part of the beach 5 minutes to the edge of the sea, because it was hot and we spent hours in hot water like a bathtub😁
The beaches are so huge that it will take an hour to walk along the entire beach! Therefore, there seem to be very few people and no one bothers anyone)
Fish and even sea turtles can be seen in the water!We saw two turtles on the nearest beach, they were swimming at a depth of: like a big buoy ball on the left (there's a strip of algae where you can't reach the bottom).
We went to the beach to the left of the hotel in the evening after sunset, to walk along the boardwalk. There are a lot of people walking there, because there are cafes and fast food, and there is also a night beach with floodlights, where many locals swim

You can not take breakfast, of course, but then expect to eat SPARINGLY in an ordinary cafe 2 girls you will spend: 1 salad + 1 hot + water = 4-5 thousand rubles ($ 40-50), and in fast food 10-15 $
I think they have a great breakfast for Dubai prices (see photo). The only thing I would like to add is coffee beans, sliced cheese.

I always found something to eat, drank natural juices, there were always a couple of types of fruits and even a cake (I haven't tried it).
💂♂️An important point about the staff: everyone is very friendly and always on the client's side🫶 We were very comfortable, even the suitcases were taken to the bus. There was not enough drinking water: we came to the lobby to ask where to buy or if they could give more. They immediately brought 4 bottles to our room and left 4 bottles each time when cleaning. A quiet hotel for a relaxing stay in a two-minute walk from the beach, there is an underground parking for those who rent a car in Dubai, on the ground floor of the cafe at the hotel, where breakfast, lunch, dinner are prepared (you can order any set when purchasing a tour). Very nice hotel, good staff, there are Russian speakers. The food is also decent, but without much choice. The beach is 4 minutes away. There is a sauna, a small fitness room. The pool is on the roof. But there was not enough balcony. Swimsuits were dried on the beach. Otherwise, we would have returned. Like it. Pros: very close to the sea. Towels, a sunbed, and umbrellas are provided for the beach. The staff is friendly. The pool is pleasant, small - in case of very bad weather at sea.
What is important to note: the residents are mostly Russian speakers. There are various cafes and restaurants nearby. We especially liked the Mado restaurant. A 15-minute walk away there is Carrefour and a little in the other direction - another shopping center with two alcohol supermarkets at once.

A great hotel for your money. 3 minutes from the beach (towels and beds are provided)
There is a bus stop nearby.
There are also many cafes and restaurants nearby, everyone will find their own. (Kfs is right under the windows)
In the hotel, there is a swimming pool on the roof, not deep, there are sun beds and armchairs, umbrellas.
The rooms are cleaned every day, new towels, washing facilities and tea-coffee-sugar are provided. They always leave water.

Breakfasts: everything is very good..very...It's sad. I do not recommend it.
In our case, they took it so as not to waste time going to restaurants for breakfast.

We are going back to the hotel, but next year we will not take breakfast unless the situation is corrected.

Room cleaning is superficial.There were interruptions to the Internet from 18.00- 23.00, which created inconvenience.. The transfer is not bad. We met without any problems.
They settled us on the third floor. The room is very noisy - there is a road on one side and a swimming pool on top. When contacting the reception, everything was allowed and transferred to another room for free.
In general, there are no complaints about the reception. They always help. There are Russian-speaking employees. And those who don't speak always try to understand and help.
The location of the hotel is excellent. There is a quiet and cozy beach nearby. And in general, this part of the city is distinguished by its backwoods, in the positive sense of the word.
The breakfasts are modest, but always fresh. You'd better get coffee at the bar. It's terrible at breakfast. In general, if you expect some kind of gastronomy from the hotel, you are not here.
The pool is a little shallow. But it will do for children.

Great hotel near the beach. The gorgeous sea is within walking distance - one beach is literally across the street from the hotel, the second beach (Kite Beach) is 15 minutes on foot. An open sea (not a bay) with snow-white sand and azure water. The hotel provides a beach kit: towels, a sunbed, an umbrella and water.
I stayed at this hotel three times, I liked everything: polite, unobtrusive service, clean rooms, comfortable bed. There are rooms with a balcony, there are rooms without. The rooms are quite spacious.
Not very far from the hotel there is a grocery store, pharmacy, alcohol store (10-15 minutes walk). Literally next to the kfs hotel and pizza hut. There are many restaurants on kite beach.

Very cool hotel!
The location is super, everything is nearby. There are many places to eat nearby.
In 5 minutes there is a Fish market, you buy shrimp by weight there (a kilogram for two), ask where they can be cooked, there is a restaurant 100 meters away. Ask them to be grilled (a little spicy), order rice according to the Egyptian fatouche salad or tabouleh, drinks to taste. And get high !!!
You can ask for a late checkout before 14:00. After that, you can leave things for safekeeping. Until the evening, you can use the swimming pool, shower, sauna.
There are two beaches nearby. Kite Beach is steeper, but a little further (15 minutes on foot). The hotel provides towels, a beach mat and an umbrella.
I advise you to take a maximum of only breakfast, there are a lot of cafes nearby.

The dinner is terrible. There is nothing to choose from the suggested menu. Choose one of the 3 salads, one of the two soups, one of the 4 meat dishes is also one and it's only chicken. Don't take dinner. There are cafes nearby. It will cost 2 thousand rubles per adult and even more. If not Kfc. If we talk about the nearby beach, then the sand and the sea are excellent. But there are no awnings, sun beds at all. Take a litter, an umbrella and a towel at the reception. But the umbrella on the beach always flies away. Therefore, it is useless to take it. WiFi is not working on the beach. The rooms are relatively clean, but the eight-lane road does not allow you to sleep at night. The noise is terrible. There is no entertainment. There is a kettle, tea, and water in the room every day. A complete failure, in my opinion, only with food. We are not whimsical, but even we find it difficult. Do not take a reservation with breakfast-dinner, only with breakfast. Otherwise, you will overpay, like us, and you will not be able to have dinner. Dinner sucks, it's on the menu, monotonous and tasteless cooked. There are 4 main dishes, all made of chicken, everything is stained with mayonnaise, everything in it already squishes. Chocolate dessert is a cheap pudding for 40 rubles dumped into a cup. My son took a cutlet, it was 2 mm high, I have pancakes of such thickness)). Cosadilla (photo) my husband couldn't eat it, lavash was filled with mayonnaise, red onion on top. They didn't even try it. In general, there were 2 attempts to have dinner at the hotel, because they paid for dinner, but as a result they ate in the city. Breakfast is better, but very sparse. Barrels of juice are always empty and not replenished, fruits are scarce - apples, tangerines, sometimes watermelon or melon. It will be difficult to feed small children, because there are no children's dishes except porridge. In general, the food is a complete failure. Breakfast is a stretch three.

Vacationed with my husband in this hotel from 28.03 to 5.04. The hotel is very conveniently located. There are bus stops nearby, from which you can get to Dubai Marina and Dubai Mall. They always help with any request. They asked for an iron, brought it in 5 minutes with an ironing board. I asked to call a taxi several times, also ordered without any problems, specifying the desired category, i.e. you can not worry that a taxi will arrive at an expensive rate. You can take an umbrella, beach towels and a beach mat for free. Bicycles and electric scooters are available for rent, which is very convenient for Russian tourists, since not everyone has a card with which to pay. The breakfasts are excellent. There is everything: porridge, eggs in any version, cheeses, vegetables, herbs, bacon, sausages, pancakes, fruits, juices, milk, cereals, coffee. It is impossible to stay hungry. High-quality cleaning, friendly guys are working. The rooms are well furnished, clean. On the third floor there is a swimming pool, swam in the morning, the water is cold, refreshing. I really liked the hotel. The location for the beach is super, just 2-3 minutes and you are at the water's edge. The staff is responsive. Those who do not speak foreign languages will be comfortable here: at the reception, a girl (Kazakh, perhaps) speaks Russian perfectly. The room is clean. There is a basik on the top floor, towels are provided for both the beach and the pool. We enjoyed it.

I liked the Beach Wlalk Hotel, it was in October 2024, we checked in at 11 am. Breakfast turned out to be acceptable for me except for hot drinks. Coffee and tea are of poor quality, tasteless. The beach is clean and sparsely populated 7 minutes on foot, there is no shade, there is a shower and toilet, umbrellas and towels at the reception. There are many cafes near the hotel, there is a bus stop, you can buy and replenish a transport card in the subway, at a tram stop, at a bus station. Pros - sauna, located near many cafes, street food
Cons - 1) constantly gave little drinking water, it was necessary to ask
2) shower without a door, i.e. all the water flows directly under the door, there is a small side but it does not save
3) the water pressure is weak and the water temperature is constantly changing, then boiling water, then cold
3) there were bathrobes on the booking, they also had to be asked
4) umbrellas are allegedly given to the beach, but when they came to the reception they were not there all the time
5) the pool is on the roof and there are only 5 sun beds that are constantly occupied
6) the air conditioner does not work clearly, then very cold, then hot, although the temperature is the same
7) the sauna is located in the gym and if you want not to be stared at when you sit there, you need to walk at night
8) the cafe menu is very small
9) there is no transfer to anywhere
10) unreasonably expensive

Great hotel! Location, staff, breakfast. There is an almost empty beach nearby! A long embankment for hiking and cycling. Lots of cafes and restaurants! It is convenient to get by bus in different directions. Stop next to the hotel. The cafe at the hotel has excellent coffee!
