The room was 36k for 6 days

They don't change their underwear
They turn off the heating / hot water, asked to turn it on a day later (you have to ask several times and not be led to the fact that you supposedly have to wait until it merges, that's not the point, they apparently save money and turn off the faucet))))) on the first day I did not know this feature and almost died of cold in the morning)))))

When checking in, be ready to go first to a cafe nearby and pay for housing

The apartments themselves are quite good and everything is there. But! The neighborhood is so-so, it's scary and dirty on the street where they are. The staircase to the 3rd floor, like in a medieval castle, is spiral and narrow, steps of different heights, and you can fly down to the first floor with a suitcase.
