We stayed in March 2025 with a family of 2 adults and a young daughter. For such a cool hotel, the lack of shaving supplies, toothpaste toothbrushes, a kettle, broken scales, repairs at the spa ... a fully (!) filled refrigerator with an extra charge ... a good ventilation system was extremely unexpected.. but a bed with two half-blankets a METER wide!! A wired smart home system (!) integrated into an old room completely devoid of design causes nothing but shock… extremely weak for 100K per night for a single room. The staff is great, the territory is great too, the corridors and common areas are decent… The prison elevator system and key access is very annoying... the restaurant is so-so - it's better to buy groceries at a market 100 meters away or in a restaurant there... Smart TV does not work… The pool is closed half an hour before the sauna closes.. tastelessness and stamping... we will definitely try something else.

A great place for busy Geneva, the service at the hotel is great! The restaurant and bar are excellent! Draft beer is very tasty! The alyakart breakfasts are excellent!
