This is the third time I have visited this salon and decided to leave a review. I went through a lot of nail artists and there was always something wrong (cuts, bad socks, cuts, etc.). This salon was recommended and I decided to try my luck, I got to a master named Anna. She's a nice girl, she did her job efficiently and, most importantly, QUICKLY, and she's happy with the result.
And the best part is that they open this bag of tools in front of you and show the indicator, and at the end of the procedure they give you a nail file, thereby confirming that they have disposable tools.

I did a manicure with a coating in the salon. After 3.5 weeks, the nail fell off, and I saw a dark yellow spot under it. I haven't reached the doctor yet, I don't know if it's onycholysis or a chemical burn. I only know one thing—this is not normal. Now I remember: the sterility in the cabin was very lame: the indicator on the kraft bag with scissors did not meet the standards; the cutters are not sterilized; the workplace is dusty, sometimes wiped with ordinary wet wipes, although they should be cleaned with a remedy. I really regret that I noticed all this and didn't leave right away. I DO NOT RECOMMEND using the services of this salon.

I did a manicure with a coating from the master, Anastasia. She cut two of my fingers with forceps, one hurt for several days. The coating is terrible, everything is covered with lumps, so she also covered some nails with a second layer in order to somehow fix her lumps. She tried to give advice through me to the master whom I go to on a regular basis and is very satisfied. I don't understand the masters who have a weak job themselves, but instead of developing, they sit and give advice to others. There is no tact, everything is dirty, the master does not know how to communicate, meddles with completely tactless questions. I will never go back for a manicure there, it's a pity I didn't read the reviews before I signed up. In the photo, the manicure is less than a week old. Chipping and detachment appeared after 2 days

On 24.08 I visited this "salon". Initially, I chose the "uncoated manicure" service, later I asked to cover my nails with varnish. Regarding the manicure of the nail plate, it's terrible, not even "bad", but just terrible. The master, working with a milling cutter, poked them into the pads of her fingers a dozen times, from which the pain was such that she had to unconsciously pull her hand away. An edged manicure is a pain. The first photo shows the nails immediately after the salon. 2 and 3 are photos a few days later. The terrible work of the master. Varnishing is a separate story. They let me go with the wet varnish, saying "do nothing with your hands, do not climb anywhere," after I left the salon, the phone rang and I had to get into my bag. The result is a greased varnish and repeated visits and nail coating, released with the same words, they say the lamp does not dry to the end. I advise you to look at the certificates of masters on completion of manicure courses before visiting

I visited this salon for the first time)
I came on time, but I had to wait until another client got a manicure, we turn a blind eye to this.
The master who performed the service was in revealing non-work clothes , with a bulging chest. There is dust all around , a stained lamp , a master's work basket , everything is dirty , the lamp is covered with dried varnishes, it was unpleasant to sit, dirty chairs for clients are stiff (I regret that I did not leave)
Cherry , terribly executed low-quality manicure , nails of different lengths and thicknesses , with lumps , poorly filed , the master also sawed through two nails for me , what hurts there , although I said that I was hot , rough sharp movements of the master!

I've been to this salon several times, but I won't go any more. I have never met such a dismissive attitude. I had a pedicure procedure at 19.00, 50 minutes before my time, the administrator calls and says that they have all the pedicure chairs occupied and asks to stay for 30!!! Minutes. Not for 5 or 10, but for 30, to which I replied that I could not because it was necessary to go to work after them. As a result, I did a pedicure because there was nowhere to go, I didn't want to cancel the recording in 50 minutes and of course I couldn't find another salon so quickly. At the same time, they did not even apologize for the delay, they did not offer either water or coffee.

The service used to be much better. The administrator is not exactly customer-oriented. The conversation gradually turned into a boorish manner . Tea , coffee , and water are no longer offered . The coat rack is always hung with jackets , although there are few customers in the salon .I did a manicure at Victoria's , the result was good. I did it from another - the length is not even , the varnish is already climbing , but only the second day . Some kind of sur. The terminal often does not work . The administration does not take any action to resolve this issue . I will never come again .
