Good afternoon. I would like to sincerely thank the wonderful person and inimitable master Galina. She is like a sorceress from the world of fairy tales!!!
Three years ago my hair color was black, it suited me, but my gray hair was very much in the way and I had to make up every 2 weeks. When I decided to take concrete actions with my hair, all the craftsmen in our city and several craftsmen from Gomel refused me. But Galina did not stay away and was able to help me. She transformed my hair beyond recognition with her golden hands, scissors and paints.
For three years now, I have been going only to this specialist. Yesterday I visited Galina again, only in another salon and I was delighted, I would like to describe my visit if possible. As always, I was greeted at the entrance with a smile and an offer of tea or coffee, and like a little child I looked at these bright walls, bright lamps, large mirrors, etc.... It's incredibly beautiful. And the time I spent in the hands of this wonderful master is about 5 hours, I didn't even notice.

I would like to leave a review.
On May 11, I did molecular hair restoration and tip correction with hot scissors (I did the latter procedure not for the first time, but in another salon). To say that I'm in shock is to say nothing. Everything went awry as soon as I entered the salon: there was no light, I waited more than the allotted time, my time is precious to me, if you already have a client, then reschedule or shift the recording. The light is fine, at that time I was with a mask on my hair (which also raises the question, what kind of mask is this, with which I was left for 30-40 minutes (this is the time when there was no light)) I did molecular restoration for the first time, but before I went, I found out how it is done and what the result should be. There is no result from the word at all 😑 The hair that was, remained the same (I made a hair mask at home the same way). The master simply could not put bangs. There are no questions about the erection of the tips with hot scissors. But in another case, I threw money away and wasted my time. Unfortunately, I do not know the name of the master, she did not introduce herself. They didn't even give a receipt for the services rendered (which is a direct violation of consumer rights)
Perhaps other masters would have done
the job properly, but this master did not cope with her task.
I hope the salon administration will pay attention to my problem and resolve this issue

Good afternoon! The hair has been ruined here. I asked to do a complex coloring and eventually got a color completely opposite to the one I asked for. Girls who are just starting their way in this business are working, it's strange that the hostess instead of doing what is more difficult herself. I was just doing my hair. In short, in the end I got a spoiled hair, they cut me shorter than what I wanted, it was most insulting to grow the length all winter, the color is terrible. And the hostess, seeing that I am very upset. She didn't even apologize. I really, really regret going there.
