I don't know who writes reviews, but there are weak masters in this place with a good administrator. Probably because the categories of masters are not for edged manicure (which is not done here). For me, the processing quality is below average. This is more important than the coating, because I do not evaluate the coating.

04.10 visited the studio. It looks like a decent studio, polite administrator, good repair, cozy, but some masters spoil the entire reputation of the studio. The head of the studio should think about it and reconsider the quality of the staff's work. I visited for the first time and was very disappointed with the manicure master Milana. I signed up for one coverage, the master said that she would not have time in time, and would do another. As a result, I was left without a choice of color, besides, I left with cuts from the nail file, it was very painful and not pleasant, it seemed like I came to rest for the procedure, and in the end I sat in tension for 2 hours and it was all for 74 rubles. A highly qualified master will not say when building a nail that she does not know whether the extended nail will last. I won't say anything about other masters, but the master of Milan, very disappointed me with her work and not her experience.

I've been doing nails with different masters in this studio for six months and still haven't found "my own". After the last visit TO a THERAPEUTIC MANICURE, which took place a few days ago, I left the studio with pain on almost all my fingers in the cuticle area + on one of them I had it pinched until it bled, And according to tradition, after the salon, I sat and cleaned the remnants of the protruding cuticle at home. Here's a 40p treatment for you. I would be sorry to give 10p for the appearance of my nails. Bitten cuticle + erased remnants of transparent therapeutic varnish, as if I forgot to remove the old, peeling coating…
By a stretch, I put 3 stars only for the shape of the nails themselves and the service of this studio. I think that will be the end of my visits there.

I got into BHW for the first time 3 months ago and couldn't leave :) and the atmosphere, and the staff, and the manicure, and the service, everything is at the highest level.

My master was ill, so I decided to go to this studio, since I live in the next house. I am very disappointed! 2 days before the procedure, 2 nails fell off by mench. Master Alla warned that the French and the NM will not be in time - it's good.
She talked through all the points, clarified that the length needed was slightly longer than the pads of her fingers. We will not have time for the French, I agree that the NP is a monochrome coating. As a result, the master suffered with these 4 nails for 2.5 hours. I did not calculate the length and when building up one of the legs, I made it very short. She said we'd do it later. Fine. According to her, we won't be able to polish the color either, we covered it with gel.
No one has done any additional growing of one nail. The master decided to shorten the time and simply sawed off all the nails to fit the same length of the shortest one. Which is much shorter than what I asked for!
And this, sorry, is for 90 rubles. I don't have the words. She left in wild frustration and with tears in her eyes.
After all, it's not a pity for money, but there is quality behind it. There can be no question of any quality.
Instead of thin and beautiful nails - dumplings!
Terrible impressions. The work done is not worth 10 rubles.

I came to the salon because the master, who usually did it for me elsewhere, was ill. And I had to go to another place, I chose this studio, since I live in this house.
The quality of the work is terrible. It's a pity to put even 1 star. They put a whole bunch of material on the nails (they did), anyway, everything is lumpy. I gave 65 rubles for this "work". This is too steep a price. Don't set foot here anymore

I did a manicure with a coating and correction, eyebrow coloring. I don't remember the names of the masters, because the hike was, let's say, necessary.) Everything in order. Everyone is very polite, while I was waiting, coffee was offered several times, the waiting area is small, there are two chairs and a table right at the entrance. There are practically no questions about nails, it was done well and neatly, the manicure was done hardware, after a week it didn't look very good, I like combined more. But I'm not very happy with my eyebrows, the shape is natural, which is good, but the coloring is nothing, the eyebrows were washed off in three days, use good materials!

I came tonight for a manicure with removal and coating. We met at the reception-everything is OK. I came to the salon with broken nails, they were in terrible condition for 5 years, I have never seen such a thing. The master warned me that it was necessary to change the shape from a square to an oval, I agreed and asked if it would work out, to which the master replied "I hope" after these words, all hopes disappeared. The cost of 55 rubles was recorded online, in the end I gave 65, everything would have been fine if the master had warned me that I would have to pay extra, because I did it in different salons and they always warn me there. The result of the trip to the salon: coffee was not offered, the master is not sure of the result, no additional payment was made to the amount, at the end of the procedure the cream was not offered, the cuticle was not anointed with oil. I've been to the salon 3 times, the first two seemed good. The masters were sure, they offered me everything and stipulated everything. The mood is spoiled for a month, unfortunately I will not return anymore

I went for a manicure for the first time, I was more than satisfied with the work of the master Tatyana Rusak. Taking into account that I am allergic to gel polish, everything was as neat, beautiful and without consequences as possible, special thanks to her!
But it didn't work out very well with a pedicure. The work was carried out by another master and the result was an under-cleaned bird and heavily under-painted near the side rollers. As a result, when I came home, I was shocked to say the least. The next day, I informed the administrator about it, attached a photo and was offered to redo it for free. As a result, Tatiana worked with me again, which I was glad of. Everything ended well, the conflict was settled, thank you very much for the professional's work, there are no allergies, everything is beautiful, I am satisfied!
