I signed up online for trimming the tips. I arrived at the appointed time. I realized from the receptionist that they weren't expecting anyone. Then she started saying that there was no record of me. To which I showed a screenshot of the recording. Calls began to the master, who went home. Then I was told 10 times that my record was missing and she did not know how it happened. Bottom line: the administrator apologized, referring to the program failure and saying that she had nothing to do with it at all. Further, I was not even offered another master on the same day. The program crashes, it's not my problem. I came for a haircut, left without it. The girl did not offer an appointment for the next date, she sat and did not know what to say in this situation. Next, I asked about the upcoming dates. For some reason, I was invited to the computer so that I could once again make sure that there was no record for today and at the same time look at other dates. Do I have a desire to return? No

When we came to the master before starting the build-up, we discussed everything with her, I even showed photos of the eyelashes that I would like!
The idea was this, the effect was a 3d doll, the rays bend d)
Then I started saying what length of rays and main eyelashes I would like!
After listening, the master immediately began to convince me, taking her word for it that it would
look beautiful and better than I want, I calmly closed my eyes and began to expect the result!
The result is that the master made 13 mm beams the way I wanted with one!BUT!, she made the main eyelashes too short, it's 4,5,6,7 mm, shorter even than my family!
It's still okay, it didn't look so bad, but still not the way I wanted it!
It's all about the sock, only 1 week and 4 days have passed and already the eyelashes look very unsightly, they often fall out without their eyelashes!
I advise the salon to work on the quality of materials!

I did a combined manicure with gel polish in this salon with master Daria. To be honest, I was skeptical, because I always did my manicure at home, and I heard a lot of bad things about salons.
The master opened the kraft bag in front of me, the nail file was disposable, everything is super in matters of sterilization!
After filing, the master asked me to check if everything was fine and tell her if something was tedious to fix - it was also very cool, I have never been told by such a master))
The processing and coating were done very quickly, and the quality is super. After the coating, the master asked to check all the nails again. All craftsmen should take note of this - when the quality is good, you are not afraid to tell customers this, because they will not tell you to redo it.
