The competence of the staff is simply at zero. It's a disgusting experience. Initially, I didn't like the fact that I need to make an appointment for a consultation on the other day from the procedure, moreover, there are still a lot of unnecessary questions before recording, which are absolutely useless, since I'm going to a consultation anyway, then why should I take a photo of my hair, etc. In general, it's not convenient, you need to spend so much time, everything is for people, as they say. So on the day I came to the consultation, the "specialist" couldn't consult me, and we agreed to consult the next day, and if everything goes well with the test strand, then we do the coloring, we chose the time specifically, and that was the most interesting thing. No one initially said that they don't do consultation and coloring on the same day. So the administrator writes to me that we don't do consultations and coloring on the same day, and I've already arranged with another master for another procedure, she rescheduled the girls so that everything coincides in time and date. Well, such professionals work in this salon. I had extremely negative impressions.

I had Alesya Nazarova's haircut. Just a million♥️♥️♥️. She listened to my wishes and advised me on which haircut would suit my face shape. And she did everything at the highest level. And the administrator has a huge minus, apparently you offer coffee only to those who liked it?!))) She also didn't offer to buy samples of care cosmetics, although when I was waiting for my turn, she told and showed everyone. What kind of bias is this?

I really like this salon. I calmly trust my hair to the top master Alesa Nazarova or Anastasia Shaporova and I am always happy with the result. This studio is mainly aimed at hair coloring, but I am happy with my natural color, so I come only for a haircut.
The service is excellent, the interior is excellent. The masters are polite, correct, pleasant girls with golden hands) I found my hair master in this studio. Previously, I was constantly not completely satisfied with the work of other hairdressers (then they chat on the phone and cut my hair in parallel, and I started to get nervous), and in this studio all the attention is to the client.
