I always go to this sorceress with pleasure. Always the perfect result. I collect a lot of compliments later. There have never been any flakes, chips, cracks or other things. It just grows back neatly in length. I wear my nails calmly for 4 weeks.
Although I have a small child, my hands are often in the water, cleaning the apartment, I often do not use gloves. Although it's not allowed, it doesn't affect my nails at all. They remain as beautiful as they were.
The above reviews are negative for this master. Girls, I'm sorry, but what did you do with your nails? What did you do to them? It can be seen in the photo that not only the nails were damaged, but also the skin of the hands. I don't think it's the master's fault. I wash with my hands, clean the apartment without gloves, wash floors, play with the child. My manicure is two weeks old, and it's as good as new.

Hello, I visited Master Veronica on 05/02/2025. Today 05/08/2025, I'm wondering how LMur_Studio studio will evaluate the master's work? I do Veronica's manicure 2 times, the first one is the same story, there were detachments on almost all nails. I attributed the first time to an accident, but when my manicure is not even a week old, there are questions for both the studio and the master.

I called the studio so that the master could redo his work for free (he increased the nail), to which they replied that those who left a negative review would not redo anything, at most they would refund the money. Besides, I was blocked from their Instagram pages. When asked why they did it? They replied so that you would no longer write negative reviews, that I would no longer come to their salon, and if I wanted to sign up, they would not sign me up. That's what they do with LMur_Studio clients. The money was returned, but not in full, out of 55 rubles, only 45 rubles. Allegedly, they generally only return 50%. I was unblocked on Instagram after all. The page has been updated, everything is beautiful there.

I wrote, a polite girl answered, and I was very lucky, there was a window that day. Of course, I don't really like changing masters, but I was THRILLED. A very pleasant atmosphere and a gorgeous master Veronica. She helped me choose the shape, color, and repaired my broken nail. I'm still walking and there are no problems. If I return to Minsk again, I will definitely go to them again.

They don't admit their mistakes, delete negative reviews under Instagram posts, and block them. Wearing nails for at least a week. This is not an isolated case!!!
If you want to save your nails and time, I don't recommend it!!!!

I would like to express my deep gratitude to Olga, the manicure and pedicure master..
She works so neatly, cleanly, with the precision of a jeweler- she will take out all the ingrown nails and make a lining under them so that they straighten and no longer penetrate the skin; I am just wildly delighted with her..
As much as I am not tolerant of pain, everything was done at the highest level.
If your nails grow in and you haven't found your master yet, feel free to sign up for Ole, and a man's pedicure does it too, but this is a separate story, I'll write somehow.
