I visited Olga's master, I really liked her. My hair is complex (very thick, curly, unruly), besides, I came to the salon without certain wishes, I just completely trusted the master. The administration of this salon is on top, only because of it 3 stars. But the manicure master, Jeanne, upset me. When removing the old coating, the milling cutter broke (sidewalls) I have 2 nails, for the repair of which I wanted to take payment. She broke it, because she obviously moved the milling cutter in the wrong direction. The manicure itself wants the best. I've fixed it many times. A new coating with bumps, the sides of the coating near the cuticle are filled in. I stayed at home and cleaned the flooded gel myself. Despite the fact that the master has 2 years of experience, the work is weak. The working time is just over 2 hours.
The tools are on a napkin, and are not opened from a kraft bag. Which was also very alarming.

I came to the manicure removal on 01/23/2022 with my gel polish coating. After removal (in 5 minutes), the master did not treat the nails, although it is visible (and it is absolutely clear that they begin to peel off). Next, I was told to pay 10 rubles, although the price list in the center shows the price of 5 rubles. I clarified with the administrator, she began to come up with something, she did not believe herself and said that it was because I did not get a manicure from them (nothing is said about this on the price list, but this is a violation, I will also deal with this). The quality is at a very low level. I don't recommend it to anyone. The rating of their studio, which is actually called quite differently and it is not immediately possible to find it, is just screwed up)
In addition to the review: when I came home, I noticed that the master had damaged her nails.
