It's comfortable to drive, we don't stop especially abruptly on pedestrians, it's not accepted here, otherwise there is a possibility that they will fly into the ass. At gas stations, too, without problems, you show the desired volume on your phone and say diesel or gasoline, they understand. Payment at the pump, payment only by card in the room, prepare the money closer to the required amount, the building is given only on demand. Arrange a rental of a b-w website and preferably through booking, so it is much cheaper, all local companies in the city with signs and touts are 1.5 - 2 times more expensive. We drove on Yandex maps, of course it works worse, in particular it does not warn about exits and there are outdated routes, just led to a dead end when renting a car. They took me to the airport for free, it took 6 minutes to drive from their office.
