We visited this office with a blocked SIM card on August 18! We were pleasantly welcomed. The manager at the 3rd table (I did not remember the name, for which I apologize) reacted very competently and professionally to our request! He gave a competent answer to all our questions and helped us a lot)

Convenient location, but the parking is small, because the city center! Beeline itself is very aesthetic, in terms of the front facade, there are sofas in the interior, as well as terminals with an electronic queue! The staff is competent and responsive!

Most likely, the staff is not to blame. But nevertheless, the fact remains. You can cross the border with a Russian passport. But you can register a SIM card only with a passport. they were left without communication , without a navigator . They were forced to return home. I definitely don't want to go to Kazakhstan anymore.
