I do not know what to write. I still remember with tears in my eyes my stay at this hotel and in Istanbul in general. With tears of happiness. I didn't want to leave so much. Istanbul stole my heart. And the hotel partly contributed to this. Everything was wonderful, daily cleaning, just great breakfasts, which were enough for the whole day, friendly administrators, always ready to help, convenient location of the hotel - 7-10 minutes to the tram, 15 to the metro. Yes, the rooms are small, there is a small shower stall, but it is always clean, it was nice to come back after long walks through Istanbul streets and attractions. Istanbul is a heart forever.

The hair dryer had a broken wire, so it worked intermittently. There is a holat in the room, but it is small in size. The sound insulation is poor, the car has passed, you can hear it in the room. The hotel does not give a receipt for payment, even at the request of the client, which suggests that the money does not pass through the cashier.

One of the advantages is the location. Close to the metro and the main attractions. The bed is comfortable. Every day they clean, change towels, replenish bottled water, tea, coffee. Minuses. The breakfasts are very modest and monotonous. There are no fish, nuts, dried fruits, vegetable milk, gluten-free products. Several types of meat cuts, questionable fried sausages, sometimes chicken nuggets, a lot of cheese, canned vegetables, rolls and sweet desserts, muesli. Rooms "in the courtyard" = windows in the wall. The smell of mustiness is normal, because there were rains. Taxi call through the reception - price*2. The pool is dirty, we didn't take any chances. We concluded that it was possible to settle in a modern area and take the subway to the center.

I really liked the hotel, the rooms are clean. Daily cleaning, comfortable beds. The room has all the accessories: bathrobe, slippers, no bad quality chimpanzee and shower gel. The only thing is a half-height wardrobe, which is not usual. I didn't have enough space for things. Delicious breakfasts. The staff is very helpful, there is a Russian speaker.
