One of the branches of premium fitness gym chains. The staff is polite, the halls are large, professional coaches, excellent attitude to customers, the locker rooms are clean and cozy, the equipment and cleanliness are at the highest level in a word.

Администраторы отзывчивые и помогают по всем вопросам, сам клуб оснащён все необходимым, так же предоставляют полотенца, что очень удобно, не надо тащить свое. Тренера отличные, контингент ходит тоже приятный. Есть бар, где можно купить воду, кофеечек и тп. Но главный минус, это отсутствие воды для питья, только в баре маленькие бутылочки. Во все залы, что ходил раннее, а их было не мало, всегда стоял кулер с бесплатной водой, где можно было набирать в свою тару и утолять жажду. Считаю существенным минусом отсутствие питьевой воды для клиентов.

A good modern club. It is designed as one large gym with gym equipment around the perimeter and a center for Cross Fit group classes. A new group lesson with a coach starts every hour. Someone will think that an hour is not enough. There will be a lot of hours here. It would be nice to hold out for 45 minutes)

I have been boxing in befitbox for a year now and the bags have become very soft for the last 4 months. I would like a variety of bags, because long bags alone are not enough and because of the softness of the bags they are constantly swinging and there are no projectiles in the hall to improve the speed of the fighter, there is no projectile to practice blows from below.In general, the hall is good in its convenience and location, pleasant people at the reception and no less pleasant people in the solitaire.The befitbox is a place where it is really comfortable.

It's not a bad gym. An excellent crossfit trainer. The men's locker room is disgusting, there are a lot of people in the evening, there are not enough boxes, there is not enough space, the benches are occupied under clothes, there is nowhere to sit. The most inconvenient thing is the design of the drawers, I won't even try to explain in words, every dressing up is a dance with a tambourine on one leg. For the money that they ask for a subscription, you can make better conditions.

Мне очень нравится там просто шикарная атмосфера и хорошие тренера и ещё я участвовала мастерклассе по самообороне который создан с U.S Embaasy для девочек.
