This is the best place to get a massage! Today I was lucky enough to get to the VIP treatment complex. You will be provided with a suite with a sports center. It is truly unforgettable! Vacation in Bali in 3 hours. The suite includes: Jacuzzi, Finnish sauna, steam room, massage scrubbing, relaxing massage, pleasant desserts. The suite is designed for 2 people. Family vacation is 100% complete. It is very clean, after each massage the staff changes sets of linen and towels, body lotions, creams, oils are available to choose from. The staff is all very polite. The administrator Evelina accompanied us, told us everything about the procedures, conducted a tour, and after the procedures asked about our impressions. I attended BeFit One with a certificate, now I'm thinking of buying a subscription, it's much more profitable this way. I recommend it to everyone, without exception.

An excellent fitness club to achieve your goals. The friendly and attentive staff greets you from the very doorstep. The administrators are always ready to help with any questions, and their sincere smile creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It feels like every employee is genuinely interested in your comfort and success. I would like to note separately that all clients are treated with great respect and individual approach, which is very valuable.
The halls are spacious, bright and always perfectly clean, which creates a pleasant atmosphere for training. The equipment deserves special praise – it is modern, diverse and in excellent condition. It has everything you need for any type of workout, whether it's cardio, strength training or functional training. There are never any problems finding a free simulator, even during rush hours.
The coaching staff is the real pride of the club! All the trainers are highly qualified specialists with deep knowledge in the field of fitness and dietetics. They don't just show exercises, but really delve into your goals, develop individual programs, and motivate you to achieve results. They are attentive, patient and always ready to give valuable advice.
Having a spacious and clean pool is a huge plus! This is a great addition to training, allowing you to relax and recover after intense training. The water is always at a comfortable temperature, and the staff carefully monitors cleanliness and order.
In general, Befit one is a place where they really care about their customers. All conditions for comfortable and effective training are created here. The atmosphere in the club is very positive and inspiring, which helps to keep you motivated. It's a great place. There aren't many people. The trainers will make a program for you. The trainer knows the anatomy of the body well and is well-oriented so as not to harm you. Everything is clean, there is no stench, as in other halls. If it's hot, they'll give you wet towels and cold ones. The locker room is clean. Eats bath towels, foot towels, bath robes. All the staff is very friendly!

The gym itself is relatively good, but absolutely not worth the money. I've traveled a lot to different countries and this is the most expensive fitness I've ever seen in the whole world. I think the management should reconsider the pricing policy, otherwise it will remain empty.

However, there is a hall opposite for group programs (crossfit, rock climbing, etc.), the price of which is already quite acceptable, about $ 8 per one-time visit. There is equipment in the hall, but there is no gel in the showers.

A great sports club with a great price somewhere in the golden mile area in Monaco or Singapore, for Tashkent these are rude. For $7K a year, enjoying a second-rate Moscow club is an indicator of a complete lack of taste and the presence of "corrupt" show-offs. The only advantage, as a result of price / quality, is the almost complete absence of people. I didn't notice any prostitutes or a dog training room. Draw conclusions

Only by perseverance and hard training. Fortunately, all the necessary equipment is available in much more affordable fitness centers.
