It's not a SPA, it's a BOMB! It's a complete thrill if you get a full set of procedures in 1 day. The managers are very polite and friendly, especially Evelina. Balinese masseuses speak English perfectly and understand Russian, if you ask them to massage harder, they give their best. You feel like a millionaire in the presidential suite. It's worth spending money for such a feeling.)))

I liked it very much, we took a spa for two, massage in unison, by professional Balinese women - wonderful. There was not enough ice font after the Russian bath and it is very slippery from the massage couch to the Jacuzzi) I even fell down.… But the spa staff, very courteous, promised to take action.
