A small room for classes. There were 5 of us + a coach at the training, it was already stuffy, I had to open the door.
Lack of ventilation is a typical disadvantage of such studios on the 1st floor of an apartment building. You'll suffocate on cardio altogether.
For cozy yoga classes in a small company of norms. But it doesn't suit me, unfortunately.
Everything is very nice and beautiful inside, everything is for girls.
