A cool atmospheric place. It is necessary to be able to combine so many different styles so successfully. My ovation to the designer and the author of the concept. I will separately note the lemonade with cranberries, I did not expect anything from it, but the taste is interesting and very refreshing. The prices for crumpets bite, but there are affordable options on the menu, for those who just want to relax and not spend too much. I hope the institution will survive and interest students from a nearby college, the location is not the most successful. In such places, cafes live at the expense of "locals". Although we had two couples looking for him on the map, there is also hope for "outsiders". I'll hold my fists for you🤍
An interesting format and interior, the donuts themselves are delicious, excellent dough, but not everything was pleasant for the fillings. I took a beignet with duck and confit. And the riet is very liquid and there is too much of it for such a donut, and also thin pieces of fat go on top of the donut, they are superfluous here, the whole taste structure has collapsed. We also took Tiramisu, it's just sickly sweet. Again, there is too much sour cream filling in the caviar beignet. It's delicious, but not wow, I want there to be a balance of dough and filling, but it's too much. It seems to me that if you slightly adjust the recipe, it will be great.
An insanely atmospheric place . At first, we were looking for a good cafe-restaurant and this is the one. For the most part, it is a cafe-restaurant-coffee shop with serving, food and service like in a restaurant but prices like in a conventional cafe (acceptable). This place is not in the French style, and it's not about eating, but about trying. The dishes there (not desserts) are quite small, but everything is delicious, cooked on the spot. Desserts are also great, no doubt. I didn't like the coffee very much, the double cappuccino was with a weak foam, and too bitter (here everyone has their own). The interior is gorgeous, the atmosphere is top, I recommend this place to visit.
