We lived in a standard apartment, there is no balcony and breakfast is not included in the price! The SPA is good! The lobby bar was impressive(beautiful, cozy, panoramic windows, live fish in the center of the lobby, fresh flowers!!!) The breakfast is delicious and varied🍍🫑🍰🍳🍾

The hotel is, of course, gorgeous! A real 5-room apartment, very cozy rooms, bed, pillows, bathroom, lobby with fish, staff. You leave the hotel and the park, it was very pleasant to walk along it. One thing was upset that on March 8 there were no compliments for the girls, at least they would have been treated to a glass of prosecco upon arrival, they came to celebrate March 8)

We stayed at the hotel from September 15 to 17. Of the advantages, I would like to note: delicious and varied food in the restaurant, friendly and attentive staff at the reception.
Of the cons: in the evening, a huge number of flying moths in the room, in the restaurant "Seasons".
Incompetence of waiters in the restaurant "Seasons" (does not navigate the menu, cannot tell about the dishes stated in the menu, inform the guest about the availability of dishes that do not correspond to reality), When calculating in the restaurant, the amount in the receipt was more than indicated in the menu. When contacting the waiter with the question why the amount in the receipt is more than in the menu, it turned out that the prices had changed, but they did not have time to make changes to the menu..quote "we didn't know that prices had changed, we found out thanks to you." The refund was not made immediately, the whole trial lasted a very long time.
The bartender in the lobby bar serves with the effect of tired doom. When ordering the dessert presented on the vetrine with the price (4rub pasta), he said that it was impossible to order this dessert, it was not there, but there was a dummy on the vetrine.
If the dessert is not available, remove the price tag, dummy. Why mislead the guests.?!
There is a persistent smell of dampness in the spa area, the staff are trying to use special means, this is a disguise, but you still hear it early.
There is a very unpleasant feeling left. I will not return to this hotel. The price does not match the quality of service.

I really liked the hotel: beautiful design, courteous staff and convenient location. We did not attend breakfast, preferring to choose different places in the city, but we went to one of the restaurants for dinner - it was very tasty. After visiting the pool, it was great to go down to the bar in the lobby of the hotel and have a cocktail, and at the same time have a fun chat with the bartender girl. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with everything you need for a trip (the body milk was especially cool). The area nearby is very green and there was a place to walk. It is convenient and quick to get to any part of the city by taxi from the hotel. In general, we were delighted! P.S: The mir card is accepted everywhere! :)

If someone misses China, come here. The hotel is magnificent! It was probably built for wealthy Chinese tourists and businessmen. Everything is according to Feng Shui. There is a lot of water on all sides of the hotel, a park, complete unity with nature.in downtown.
The first shock is a lobby bar with a huge glass hall, a fountain and pools with fish.
The hotel is a bit like the Sheraton in Sanya. Perhaps this is my personal feeling.
The rooms are large and cozy, good furniture and beds, good Chinese plumbing, there is a traditional window between the room and the bathroom)
The restaurant and the kitchen deserve separate delights. If you have never tried Peking duck before, you should start here (if not in Beijing). All other Chinese restaurants in the post-Soviet space are a pathetic semblance (perhaps delicious, but this is not a Peking duck).
In the spa center of the hotel we met a family from Moscow, who are spending their seventh (!) vacation here. And I think I understand why.

The breakfasts don't match the prices, they are meager and bland. Judging by the score of 2, I'll have to call my parents to school tomorrow. I have not been to Beijing, but when I checked into this hotel, it was as if I had visited the city itself: no one greets you, apparently people here do not know Russian. The location of the hotel is not the most convenient, there are no restaurants or shops nearby. The rooms are not the most comfortable, and the sound insulation will allow you to wish good night to people living two or three floors above you.

The lobby is very pleasant and beautiful, but the desserts there are three out of five. But in a Chinese restaurant everything is cool, except tea, because it is made on water with a pronounced taste of chlorine. I've been refusing to drink tea for several years, I forget, I order the same terrible taste.
Summary if it wasn't for the desserts in the lobby and tea in the restaurant, I would have given 5 stars. The place is atmospheric

I really enjoyed my stay at the Beijing Hotel, wonderful staff and wonderful service! I was pleasantly surprised by the pool with fish in the center of the hall, every day I spent my working leisure time sitting at the table in the lobby with pleasure after breakfast. The room is excellent, clean and there are no unpleasant odors. Very comfortable beds and the room itself is comfortably composed.

The hotel itself has a nice swimming pool and a normal gym. The rooms are large and modern. The combination of price and quality is optimal for a five-star hotel! The hotel has a large and bright pyramid-shaped central hall with airy glazing. The cleaning is of high quality, the staff is friendly. There is free Wi-Fi. There is a casino at the hotel. The only caveat: the SPA and fitness area is not very convenient (from 9:00 to 21:00), I would make the start of work earlier, for example from 7:00. The breakfasts are normal: according to the menu, i.e. everyone can choose what they like, without overpayment :-)

We took a business room with a view of the city - beautiful and quiet enough. The room itself is cozy, the most comfortable beds, floor-to-ceiling Windows, everything is there for comfort.
Two balconies, but without furniture - we did not understand. There is no room service after 23:00 - this was extremely surprising. At the same time, there is a restaurant nearby.
Breakfast for every taste. It is very tasty and varied. The staff is polite and smiling.
The spa area is beautiful with a view of the beautiful park, swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi.
We enjoyed walking along the river in the park around the hotel.

We spent a wonderful weekend with my husband at this hotel, arrived in Minsk 2 hours earlier and went to a meeting, we were checked in earlier (thanks a lot, this is what you need from a long road)
The room is perfectly clean, the bathroom deserves special praise - it's a real art. The hotel is quiet and peaceful, 24 hours a day there is security at the hotel. Classics are playing in the lobby of the hotel, a relaxing cozy atmosphere, an outdoor aquarium with fish nearby. I definitely recommend you to visit, this hotel is worth the money.

Slightly contradictory impressions of this hotel. Among the advantages: a comfortable bed, a very pleasant mattress, while moderately hard, very good bed linen. The decor in the rooms is decent. Cleanliness is also quite on the level. Polite staff. There is a good Chinese restaurant at the hotel. Elegant and spacious halls. For a 5-star hotel, this is all the norm, for this 4-star hotel it is already a huge advantage over the concretions. Spacious and free parking for visitors. But there are also disadvantages, there are few of them, in some places in the corridors there is an unpleasant aroma, and everything looks clean, as if it were perfect, but there is no freshness. In the lobby bar, they do not pour for the record, for their room number, it is very inconvenient, you need to make a deposit in advance and if this is normal for Europeans, probably any German will plan his spending on alcohol in advance for all the planned rest time at the hotel, then for "our" people this is basically an unsolvable issue :) in general, you need to believe in the ability to pay your customers, who have chosen, let's say, this very expensive hotel. The plumbing in the room was not all working. The hair dryer is weak. The mini-bars are empty. Well, the prices for this hotel are overstated, by 30%, but this is of course my subjective opinion. As a result: it's a bit expensive for such a place, but overall an honest 4 stars. Well, as a bonus, there is a beautiful park around the hotel. I hardly want to stop here again.

In the restaurant on the terrace, the boys want to please very much, but the menu does not know what is on the foot either. The hotel is expensive by all standards, and the staff is not paid attention at all. Although the rooms are clean, the beds and pillows are comfortable. The location in the park is good. We would have trained the staff and there would have been a solid top five!!

Advantages of the hotel:
1) interesting architecture (beautiful outside, lots of space inside, there is a park and a promenade for walking and jogging);
2) well-renovated rooms, although the hotel is not new (specifically, I lived in a Deluxe room);
3) Comfortable mattress and pillows, excellent cosmetics;
4) polite staff;
5) There is a good Chinese restaurant and a spa.
Cons: located not quite in the center, the main attractions are 10 minutes away by taxi.
