The hotel is conveniently located in the city center, within walking distance of the Baiterek Monument and other attractions. The room was spacious, clean and well equipped. The staff is polite and helpful, always ready to help. Breakfast at the Great Wall restaurant is varied and delicious. I was particularly impressed by the revolving restaurant on the 23rd floor with a panoramic view of the city - a great place to dine and enjoy the views. We were also pleased with the spa area with a swimming pool and sauna, which added comfort to our stay. I recommend this hotel for business trips and vacations. The price-quality ratio is at a high level.
