I like the fact that the locker rooms are spacious and the steam rooms are very cozy. I was lucky to have a masseuse: Madina - I highly recommend it! The girl does her best. I took off the star for the restaurant: the food is delicious, the cocktails are disgusting, and it's a very inconvenient calculation - if even the order exceeds the deposit, you have to run from the 3rd floor down to the cashier and top up. The order will not be delivered without replenishment. And there is no way to pay for an order in the restaurant itself: only through the cash desk at the reception.

The renovation is good,pools with different temperatures!!I didn't like the food-they took the pickle, all the cucumbers spread out and the potatoes weren't fresh in the pickle either!

A great place, some of the reviews were alarming, but in the end everything was fine. We spent 3 days, good standard breakfasts, clean rooms. We will definitely come back again.
All heated pools worked, the water is very warm, saunas, baths, everything works.
Delicious restaurant, good atmosphere.
A very convenient and cool electronic wallet-bracelet system.
Of the cons: the maids forgot to put water in the room at first night, the administrator sometimes has to wait, there is not enough of some kind of map / guide / pointers in the hotel, sometimes you have to guess what and where yourself.

Great place! I highly recommend it. I liked it! You pay for the entrance fees and you can spend time in the complex from the very opening to the closing. I really liked the steam rooms, the pool is not small in size with good depth, there are 2 Jacuzzis, one with boiling water for kids is not deep, and the second is larger but with cooler water. The cafe-bar is of course overpriced. But I would like to separately note that Spa procedures were purchased for a massage for a spouse, he liked it, but I took a Coffee peeling for myself, I am delighted with the service. They provide disposable underwear, explain what, where, why, and why. You will be washed and scrubbed with a scrub and it's all with massage movements, you will be washed naked not only with shampoo but also with a hair mask, I will wash your face with a gentle foam, too, with light massage movements. Из хорошего, вкусная кухня и напитки, отличный бассейн, гидромассажные ванны. Кровать в люкс номере очень удобная, приятный интерьер. Хорошие бани.
Из минусов, когда мы заселились один из бассейнов(самый большой) не был наполнен.
В люкс номере, в трубе с холодной водой в душе, была микро трещина и из неё била струйка ледяной воды. Интернет кабель идущий к телевизору надо бы пережать, постоянно отходил от порта. Но в целом отдых понравился.

Бани прекрасные.
Обслуживающий персонал неторопливый.
Большой бассейн не очень чистый.
По меню заказали цыпленка табака принесли половину, не целого. В меню не написано, что половина. Были неприятно удивлены(( казан кебаб один лук мяса мало совсем, не вкусно.
Хачапури по Аджарски вкусные, гамбургеры вкусные.
На втором этаже столы были грязные.
На ресепшн девушка вежливая.

Очень приятное место! Номер чистый и большой. Бассейны тёплые, сауны отличные. Все очень чисто. Территория красивая.
Единственный но большой минус это ресторан на территории. Заказали 2 порции лапши удон с говядиной и пиццу ребёнку. Пиццу принесли примерно через 30 минут, она была вкусной. А вот лапшу принесли через час и десять минут после заказа. И она была холодной и безумно острой. В итоге толком не поели, т.к. ждать что-то ещё уже не было сил. И ведь это единственный ресторан на территории, выбора нет. Было занято всего пара столиков, кстати.

Приходили в бассейн. Сначала все было не плохо, еда достаточно вкусная, напитки холодные. Бассейны не большие, но для города приличные. Единственный минус, это, как я поняла, доступ к музыке имеют сторонние сторудники, которые не должны ей заниматься. Ближе к 18:00 из колонок понеслось современное музло, где среди мата не возможно разобрать слов. И все бы ничего, но в это время на площадке были дети. Не очень приятно.

I have been going to Beis for 14 years. I really like it. Of course, we would like to update the locker room and the whole payment system "through the bracelet".
This year I was especially pleased with the kitchen. It was very tasty. I especially recommend the stewed beef rib, just unrealistically tender meat. Please do not change the cook. The pool was clean. The service is fast and good.

Хорошо и недорого отдохнули с дочками, цена в будни хорошая, людей не много, да ещё и в городе. Кухня средняя. Если честно хотелось после бани выпить чаю душистого и вкусного, но чай у них совсем не вкусный, я такого невкусного ещё нигде не пила. А так в целом всё хорошо, сервис хороший.

Чисто, уютно. Народу не много. Система оплаты на браслет, т.е вы перед входом ложите деньги и оплачиваете браслетом. Цены блюд и бар выше средних, выбор не большой. Персонала так какого нет только на баре, но это и хорошо. Халат тапочки можно взять на прокат. Вода в бассейне очень теплая, бассейн глубокий, есть джакузи. Парные хамам, русская, солевая.

все понравилось, единственное что не очень так это расположение душевых и раздевалки, раньше выдавали халаты и было удобно ходить по коридорам чтобы попасть в раздевалку, а сейчас не выдают имходить с полотенцем на торсе не особо удобно
