We stayed at this hotel. Very courteous, courteous staff. The rooms are clean. A calm environment. The location is good, as all the attractions can be reached on foot by walking.

A nice pleasant hotel, friendly staff, will always help, a taxi will be called if necessary, the rooms are clean and cozy, you need to come straight to the opening for breakfast, the location is convenient, 9 minutes by taxi from the airport or you can take a bus, 15-20 minutes to go to the sights! I recommend it!

It's cold, especially in the bathroom, the floor is straight ice, the shower drain is clogged, you just turn on a full bath after a couple of minutes, the water slowly goes out, you don't even swim. The rooms are very cold despite the air conditioning

The shittiest hotel in Samarkand. The location is not very good. It is located at a large intersection. When leaving the parking lot of the hotel, you get to Kalaps, because there is a bus stop and a taxi with taxi drivers. It is simply not possible to sleep in such a hotel, it is very noisy, car signals are very disturbing to sleep. There are no facilities in this hotel. The elevator is not working. What is the worst thing is that the electronic keys to the rooms that are given to guests are suitable for any other rooms. There is no guarantee that your belongings will be safe when you return. The service is very terrible. The breakfasts are meager. Not a single positive factor.

A good hotel. The bed is not sagged, there is a refrigerator and a kettle in the room, air conditioning, Wi-Fi is good if the room is next to the router. The staff is good. Cons: there is no coffee table in the room.

The numbers are normal. Air conditioning,
refrigerator. Clear. They're cleaning up. The breakfasts are monotonous, but quite tolerable. Water drops in the shower happen often. Once the electricity was turned off for 1.5 hours, there was no water either. The staff is polite and unobtrusive.

In general, the hotel made a pleasant impression: pleasant atmosphere, decent and fresh furniture, good repair and plumbing, friendly and helpful staff trying to fulfill your requests. Another plus was the good heating in the rooms - we were in the cold season. The hotel really stands at a busy intersection, and in the morning the buzzing and shouting of bus touts begins there!!! But in cold weather, this is not a problem - opening windows at night is irrelevant, but it is interesting to look at the real life of the city. And yes, as a minus, there are problems with water pressure, which is why the shower turns out to be EXTREMELY contrasting.

1. Most of the hotel rooms have windows overlooking one of the busiest intersections of the city and if you sleep with the window open, then in the early morning you will be woken up by the endless chime of car horns.
2. Construction is underway from the courtyard, if the windows are open, dust is plentiful.
3. I gave the shirt to be stroked. Everything was done quickly and efficiently, but the bill for the laundress indicated that the T-shirt was washed, which is 2 times more expensive.
4. The stay meant breakfast included in the price, but the cappuccino had to be paid separately
5. The staff seems friendly
6. The shower in the room was leaking, so there were always puddles.
7. It is better to double-check the recommendations of the staff and reception.
In general, it is clean and tasteful, good furniture, with a claim to premium service, but it is still very far away.
