Hello! I ordered the seeds on the store's website and paid for the order immediately. It was November 27th last year. A confirmation has arrived in the mail, and that's it. Nothing else: no seeds, no money, no answers from the support service. My phones aren't responding, no one is answering my messages anywhere, and I can't get into my personal account. I'm not waiting for the seeds anymore, I'd like to get the money back. The order number is 81155638. Support service numbers: 92381, 92389, 92376. There are emails in the mail, scans, etc.
