Bektaş Plateau was declared a tourism center in 1990. Suitable for skiing 2300 m. it was built on a bare area at the foot of the Yörücek Hill at an altitude of. The plateau is located in the center of 48-50 villages. Bektas Tourism Center forms a whole together with the Kulakkaya Plateau, Melikli Obasi Plateau, Kurttepe Locality and Low-lying Forest Picnic Area around it.
