I don't know about the cinema, but the shopping center is very pleasant and is in the process of filling, the second floor will be available soon. The owner of the shopping center is one of the most pleasant and intelligent people I have met in Kazakhstan. 30.07 the Children's World will open here (don't thank me, it's such a job)))
