Drunken welders delayed the delivery of the fence for half a month. And a year later, rust came out from under the unpainted paint.

In August 2020, a granite monument was installed, in May 2021 the first defects appeared in the form of cracks on the installation plate on both sides, and in September 2021 this led to a shaky position of the stele and the monument stand and subsequently to their inclination. Repeated requests left by phone went unanswered. An official letter addressed to the director was issued. After that, the repair work was connected with the stele and the pedestal, the warranty service of the installation plate was refused due to the expiration of the warranty period. Based on this, I can assume that the installation of the granite monument was carried out with violations, which initially led to cracks on the installation plate, and subsequently to the precarious position of the stele and the monument stand. Since the installation plate is the main supporting element of the entire structure of the monument and the already visible damage has led to defects, in the future this may lead to gradual destruction, tilting of the entire structure.
This is the first time I've encountered such a problem! Monuments ordered from other organizations have been serving their closest relatives for more than 15 years and similar damage that occurred on a grave buried in less than a year is not only surprising, but also leads to the conclusion that both the monument was installed poorly and that low-quality materials were used for manufacturing.
I do not advise contacting this company!
