I bought a mattress made by Bellabeding through an online order at the Good Night company store in Vitebsk.
In violation of the rules of trade in the online store in force in the Republic of Belarus, the documents confirming the purchase of the product and the warranty card were not provided to me upon delivery.
These claims on my part caused the sales consultant Zhukovich K.S. indignation and discontent, instead of an apology!
Nevertheless, K.S. Zhukovich promised to send a warranty card by mail. In confirmation of her actions to send a warranty card to my address through Belpost services, Zhukovich K.S. sent me a receipt for the purchase of an envelope and a stamp (!!!!!!).
However, as of 09/15/2023, the warranty card has not been delivered to my address.
On my repeated appeal to the seller via Viber on September 7, no response was received.
Communication with the sales consultant of the Vitebsk store "Good Night Vitebsk" Zhukovich K.S. left an unpleasant impression when designing and buying a mattress.
An electronic appeal and an order for a callback to the company's website also remained unanswered.
I hope the quality of the mattress will not disappoint, but the mood is spoiled!

We ordered a bed in the city of Goudno, and problems began with one box (creaking). The company constantly came without problems, took the box, repaired and brought it back, and so on 4 times ... Then we agreed that they would take the box, make a new one and cover it with fabric from our bed so that the color would not differ... One disappointment after a month, the bed in the same place creaks again!!! Most likely, one of our boxes was forged again and returned ...
If you want to be without a bed for months or sleep with a squeak, then I advise you.
