A terrible bank. Everything is in a sleepy state. On October 18, I applied to the bank on Molodezhnaya street with a request to get a bank card not for Kirov, but for them I live nearby and leave on 24 for an operation . I was told that the card would be good. Wait for the call. I arrived on October 31 and went to the bank. They told me we don't have your card. We called Ekaterina's specialist for 15 minutes (I don't know her last name). They said wait for them to send it. Today, on November 4, I went to the bank and they said your card was missing.
