Inside there is an ATM, an information kiosk (for replenishment of the account it works according to a scheme different from other banks: select replenishment, then insert the card on request, then extract it, then put the money in).

Waiting for a new card is ~ 1 week, it must be picked up at the office, they do not send it by letter.
The bank's employees are professionals in their field.
The card service is the worst place, you can stand in line for more than an hour and be the first in line. Of all the windows for working with them, only one works, in which, as it seemed, 2 friends are sitting talking to each other, even on work issues, but they are clearly in no hurry. If you want to save time, go to another branch.
Strangely enough, everything is bad here. Sometimes it seems to me that they do not work for the convenience of bank customers, but to comply with formalities (or maybe they don't seem to)
