If the same situation happens again in Minsk, then I'm sorry, your bank will not be worth one star. It's not about the amount of the commission, but the fact of the commission for a standard operation. The second is the actions taken when contacting the employees themselves. I explained the situation, what I needed, and the employee began to double-check and correct my questionnaire without notifying me. This has nothing to do with the question I came with at all.
