Another girl replaces you for what it is not clear if she does not know any questions, but she will take your phone number and maybe call you back when she finds out the information you are interested in. I've been trying to close my credit card for a month, so far unsuccessfully, then the main employee is on vacation, then on sick leave, then somewhere else. It is a very big request to the management that there be a competent replacement for the main employee who will be able to do everything the first time.
