I paid with my new card from another bank, for which I was charged 8.59)) So I came to pay 41 kopecks for a card that I blocked and did not use, but paid 8.59. Because there is no change from 5p in the bank)) Of course, I am outraged by this. And it's not nice for a bank not to have change.
I read reviews and understand that they are written by those who are unhappy with something. Let's be reasonable. You won't be nice to everyone! It's just that those who are doing well won't bother writing thanks. For my part, I want to be different from everyone else and express my gratitude to the bank's employees for their attentiveness and good mood! I recommend it!
