One of the advantages: an electronic queue, clean, polite staff. And one huge disadvantage that negates all the positive aspects is the huge queues, by local standards, due to the small number of operating ticket offices. And all this on a systematic basis. Make adjustments to the work of the institution.

Non-competent employees who need to confirm their qualifications. They also do not admit their mistakes and instead of apologizing, they try to shift the blame to the client. There is no chapel for indignation!!! Fire me! Check their knowledge more often and check what they do in the workplace.

The queue, people leave and leave coupons , came to the booth at 14.05 only at 14.38 .
People asked why it took so long and why they would not open the second ticket office , received an answer.
The computer was frozen in the first cash register and the second cash register at lunch until 14.45.
